Considering the effect of broad-spectrum antibiotic to the patient, between Vancomycin and Ciproflaxin, it is preferred to provide the patient a narrow-spectrum antibiotic like Vancomycin than Ciprofloxacin. Since, Ciprofloxacin is also a broad-spectrum antibiotic that may also enable the patient to show hypersensitivity signs. So in order to prevent that from happening once again, Vancomycin is the best antibiotic to use.

I think the attending physician should choose Vancomycin since it is a narrow-spectrum antibiotic that will effectively treat the patient without causing anaphylaxis.

Uhm, I'm a bit hesitant to drop my answer to your question, but I want to share my opinion. I haven't figured it out yet, but, politically, I believe we should elect someone in our country who has plans and does not have any bad intentions for nature. After all, they have the power. Therefore, as people, we should choose the right leaders who will take the lead of our country and, importantly, who value nature.
