BEWARE OF BILLING SCAM (technical error) So far, my experience with the health care providers are good. HOWEVER, on May 20, at the pharmacy, the staff OVER BILLED for 114 TABS, although they had given 14 tabs as prescribed by the doctor. I realised the anomaly on the next day and promptly informed the pharmacists and the administration in person. They reasoned that its due to technical/computer error and the administration assured that they would follow up, take necessary action and follow up with me too by evening itself. I was also informed that some erring staffs have been expelled due to disciplinary matters in the previous days. Its May 25, 2021, today and so far no news from them! Lesson learned: Never take it for granted even/especially in an institution where the poor, the weak and the sick are being taken care of. Don't simply trust the name "Christian", there could be wolves ready to take advantage of innocent victims. Double/Cross check bills and service provided promptly!
