Loud wind noise!
This guy thought he would tend to something on his back seat. In doing so I can only assume his foot has slipped off the brake. Some people just don't seem to realise what could happen in that split second of inattention while driving. Even while stopped. For everyone's sake please pay attention to what you are doing on the road.
