Great adventure Chris - quite the assortment of aircraft on that first Moscow departure. Interesting to hear all the different engine tones in flight - you had a good view from where you were sitting. Will enjoy the rest soon 🙂

Great record of a fantastic show. It was this event,mind up to volunteer with Classic Flight. Watch for the panel flying off from one of the booms on the Sea Vixen and lots to items flying out ! Not sure what happened, either some one for got to secure it or the latch failed. There was a story that they borrowed a replacement from the one at the museum, not sure it is true or not .

My word, the nostalgia. Back when Manchester was crawling with all kinds of bright, colourful holiday/charter airlines. Sad that the airlines these would later become have gone bust, and all that's left is TUI and Jet2, with I suppose Easyjet and Ryanair also flying to holiday destinations.
