Hey thank you for this. To respond to the comment above regarding the G flat major seven flat 5: that is describing a VOICING for an Eb-6 tonality. 3-5-6 & 9. I agree with the annotated chords in this video and think Wayne was definitely thinking of an Eb- when he wrote the tune even though it is ‘reharmonized’ by Ron putting a Gb in the bass at points

It seems to me that transcription should include both hands of mr. Tyner for whom the left hand is of vital importance as it is indeed for all major pianists.

We still don't have a particularly useful way to transcribe guitar work, do we? Tablature is clunky to decipher in the moment; standard notation is similarly ill-suited for this instrument, and chord symbols cannot provide the specificity required for inversions, etc. Or maybe it's just my own inadequacy in sight-reading . . . :)

Why transcribe it as 4/4? First of all it's wrong, second of all, it's an absolutely horrible experience to read.

that E natural on the F7 in he first 8 bars is wrong should be Cb. Btw thank you so much for analysis. you say Gb7 and now it makes more sense the line because I saw other granscriptions going like C half dim
