Hi Debbie, i remembered watching your video during my early stage of withdrawal and been floxed. Now i have successfully come off benzo on my own though i reinstated because of the akathisa ,but this time i experience no akathisia , i am slowly coming off Zoloft at the lowest dose ( though i dont feel depressed just the brain zap bothers me) and lastly the lowest dose of lyrica after coming off bit by bit.From my bottom of my heart ,thank you, wishing you a speedy recovery. ❤ PS: This is just my suggestion, if you are open to natural healing ,you can try probiotics with mutiple strains of gut bacteria that are known to help both the brain and gut health ,and vitamin B1,B6 and B12 for nerves and COq10 . ❤( like you i no longer take any more unwanted medications except for my heart bypass surgery that i had 4 years ago) .

I had my resection a year and a half ago. My colon still rules my life. I have to take a laxative almost every day or I don’t go. Not complaining my bag is gone thank goodness. Prune is good to help. Good luck.
