Of course not doctors cover up for each other.
These videos are SO good. I am on a distance learning LLB and these are far superior in aiding my understanding than my module materials. Thank you!
You are such a life saver for my A Level law, if you only had more videos
Exactly no one needs to be wounded while under a program at a shelter (Mayfair) 3 persons have had this experience

As an AP Comp Gov student who studies for the UvA poli sci exam, I think this was very on point. It helped a lot! Thank you!

Hey, are you Joe from the Netflix series 'You'?
Perhaps in looks. Hopefully not in conduct (not that I've seen it, although I have heard about it).
Good video thank you!
Can a graze amount to s.18
It would depend upon on how serious the graze is. The notion of 'serious harm' is interpretive so a graze could be interpreted as such. If the graze is large in scale and perhaps inflicted on a child, then there is at least a possibility it could be considered to be a s18 offence. Overall, it's probably unlikely, however.
great video!
I’ve watched this twice it was that good 👍👏.
I got assaulted just recently back on christmas eve 2021, the person who assaulted me grabbed me by the scruff of my coat and verbally threatened to beat me up with a weapon as well as raising his fist to me he also pushed my girlfriend, i have an appointment with the police in a few days to tell them about the incident. what sort of charge could the person expect after i make the statement. sorry for the lengthy comment i'm up all night worrying about the entire situation, BTW the person is my neighbour and several incidents have occured over quite some time leading up to the latest incident.
Do provide as much detail as you can to the police but it appears that both you and your girlfriend have each been subjected to a common assault (assault and battery).
Keep it up thanks sir!
Does this apply to minors (6 year old)?
A six year old is below the age of criminal responsibility (starts at age 10). So, no.
Fantastic content.
