Soy doesn't emasculate you, btw. That myth came from some random TH-cam fitness guy who misinterpreted a study on sheep who eat a particular clover and the effects of something that SOUNDS like estrogen, but isn't actually estrogen. We don't eat clovers nor does our digestion work like a sheep's. The original author corrected him, but for some reason people (including particular popular figures) believed this random guy's misinterpretation and, well, here you are many years later. There was also a misinterpretation on a study with rats, but again our digestion isn't exactly the same as a rat's and we don't metabolise genistein in the same way. Even if you eat meat that animal was likely raised on soy, so... Y'know. Plus a lot of these protein pills/powders that particular people push contain... Soy. Soy's actually incredibly good for you. I'm not trying to be abrasive - I eat meat and I work at a slaughterhouse. I just find the whole "Chinese Whispers" aspect of this quite interesting and think people ought to know.

when you have to lower a curtain because your band cant get its shit together, its beyond too many cooks in the kitchen, this is sad because they could have killed this show and so many others but all due to the issue that direct communication and also just putting your bullshit aside and if your bullshit is too much, go find a place and person to help you deal with it, dont wreck the fans nights, thats just garbage. - regardless of anything, i got assulted and had a fractured cheekbone, turned up to my gig the next day and acted like nothing was wrong, i was in hospital the whole night before the gig, discharged myself, if you cant deal with your own emotions music isnt the game to be playing children.
What did I just watch?

They will forever be remembered, not for their back catalogue, but for this hilarious (to those watching) and embarrassing (those involved in the band), unnecessary fracas. Sort your issues out at the rehearsals, home, hotel, wherever, but not in full view of your fans, and not ruining their night out, paying their hard earned money.

They were brilliant in 2018. Anton wasn't drinking or on anything else. He had a cold but the way he handled that was 10 times better then Wolfmother (Andrew Stockdale tried to get people on stage to sing his songs). 2018 was a really good show with a mix of deep cuts and new stuff from the current 2 albums. Unfortunately this time with a new lineup (besides Joel) he wasn't that great in Adelaide, the sound seemed washed out and lost, with 5 to 10 minute intervals between songs. I don't know if the sound was there fault or the venue but the opening band druid fluids sounded incredible. Anton was more behaved than some of the other states. But you could tell there was alot of friction between the band during the whole set. It was an experience, I just hope he gets the help he needs.

I'm a huge BJM Fan, but more and more I have to say, anton is one of the biggest pieces of shit that i've ever seen. He makes just great records, but the rest of him is just bullshit!
