I am loving these videos! Thank you. As a tree worker who is learning plant health care, I observe a lot of soil and root treatments including biochar treatments applied to single tree cases. You make a strong case for foliar fertilizer treatments and I wonder why not for trees. Perhaps arboriculture prefers soil injections for practical limitations of drift, access, weather, urban landscape, etc?
Defense btw, i feel like the english police but good content m8
Hey man, Thankyou What you are doing is amazing. I'm learning a lot from you. Nothing but Love ❤
Very Good usefull information for us farmers brother, 🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🙏thanks for your efforts
Important to test soil paramagnetisn between 300 to 600 mcgs ideally 1200
Seem 1% carbone retain up yo 20000 hallons water per acres
Before european arrived in usa there were 20 to 30 % carbine in prairies abiut 20 feet deep in carbon
So i imagine yheir should be foliar
Nice thank you

Where does the microbes get it's Nitrogen from?
Wondering what is the function of K in this pyramid
Would there be a competition for nutrients like n p k when different families of species are grown together.
Pest and disease get on healthy plants to. It's so disrespectful for everyone to run around saying that pest and disease only attack plants because they're unhealthy. There are tons of people who know what they're doing and have healthy plants that get eaten by diseases and pest.
Farmers are definitely the hardest working people out there but unfortunately that doesn’t change the science. From the books I mentioned in the video, pest and disease are usually significantly reduced below economic thresholds and do a better job than the required pesticide.
Unfortunately feelings don’t matter much on this matter. Healthy plants being those having a leaf brix of over 12 can’t be attacked by simple insects. It’s just that simple. Hitting 15 pretty much ensures that all plant diseases and pests will avoid your plant.

Very interesting, I learnt a lot. Thank you😀
Great info sir
Interesting up to the point where you suggested prsticides & roundup..... An excellent definition you raised that regenerative systems are beyond sustainable .... I believe that is the key for organic regulation to get their heads around... I have been involved in this sector for 50 years... Regulation is clearly defined, but unfortunately, where it fails is to take the next steps in pushing the system beyond sustainable to the next level... That level is optimum soil & ecological health. I believe we do not know the full potential of the soil in terms of yield & plant health . It is not necessary to use pesticides if one adopts IPM within the farm if we complement nature... Time will resolve the definition & systems will be developed... From the organic perspective, we need space to truly understand the key without compromising regulations input requirements
Completely agree, it’s difficult with Pesticides and herbicides because they are useful tools but understandably they have massive drawbacks, ideally we can wean ourselves off them but it’s good to not be dogmatic about their use. Using none with good IPM is possible but it’s good to have a backup plan to prevent getting wiped out financially.
Great job Teale! Excellent presentation and explanation. Keep up the good work over there!
Thanks Keith!
Thanks, that was good to see.
Making good charcoal is not difficult from wood scrap, but to make it from leaves or tough grasses you need a good retort, the rest of garden/kitchen scraps I'll compost.
Love your content keep uploading more. ❤❤
Like what your diagram teaches , am in a sandy loan soil structure without animals or an organic fertilizer bought or applied am in a new technology of submitting a host in the root zone .
Straight to the point and informative. Great content!
Ty for the lesson
Biochar helps create nooks for microorganisms once the soil health is built back up to support life. 30/1 or 40/1 carbon to nitrogen is the key. Lots of traditional farming issues is compaction in soil and use of sprays which kill the soil life. Calcium is key for compaction especially in high magnesium soil. It realigns the bonds so that more oxygen can reach deeper, meaning roots can go deeper.
I think the true way to save our planet should be using living mulce / cover crops, let the roots exodutes inject the carbon into soil, compared to humic substance amendment its just like taking carbon from one spot and place it to your spot, its not really helping carbon sink
Will hybridization work with non-self-pollinating plants? Step 2 says to let the two plants that you want to cross-breed self-pollinate for 8-10 generations--Would you manually pollinate each flower with itself?
Thank you dear for excellent information
Hello, my dear professor, I am from Bahrain. I have increased salinity and alkalinity in the agricultural soil due to a significant increase in salinity, as we live in alkaline soil areas. The plants are dying, and the truth is that it has become unsightly. I hope for advice and guidance on treating salinity and alkalinity, as I am inclined and searching for a natural treatment. Thank you very much.
I am converting beach sand into productive soil by starting with innoculated sorghum. Fast deep roots and lots of composting mass when I chop n drop.
Great job in doing a comprehensive presentation -also allows us to dive deeper into each aspect of the system during our respective practices.
i want to add that mycorrhiza is not just fungi but also to a large degree bacteria and such. This adds to the complexity and means one should avoid bactericide pesticides like glyphosate (roundup). A lot of pesticides do not exclusively target the "pests" they are sold for, and can have major effects on soil health. Also some of these compounds can stay in the soil for years after application, though it is of my understanding that more active soil life also speeds up the breaking down of these chemicals.
Mycorrhiza refers specifically to the fungal network that works symbiotically within the plants rhizosphere. Absolutely there are a whole host of soil bacteria and other microorganisms that benefit from and contribute to this process, but the term mycorrhiza is very much just the fungal component.
then i might have used an inaccurate word for describing what i wanted to. let's say: the groupings of organisms in the soil that are instrumental to the chemical cycles on earth are to a large degree bacteria. and ignoring them is detrimental as they are responsible for some processes no other organisms can compensate for. Killing them damages the entire ecosystem as an important layer in the nutrient cycle / food chain is eliminated. Some of the worst current developments in land based ecology might be linked to this. And it also negatively effects our gut biome by having a constant exposure of environmental pollutants, especially bactericides
Excellent presentation. Thank you very much ...Dennis
Thank you
Thank you
Thank you
thanks a lot, although Im struggling in understanding your accent
I'm enjoying the course, nice simple method for BD much easier than drying samples etc. Cheers Teale

Hello mate, which forage is better corn Silage or Sasbania sasban. On paper, sasbania has 11.5 MJ energy and silage has 10.8. but silage has grain. Does that matter?
Nice nice.
