I don't agree with the final assessment. Long thin stickers are trying to place and don't give a realistic look like water decals. I gave up also because they are of poor quality (semi-transparent). Some pieces do not close well leaving a gap between the pieces. Even the polycaps are defective. However, it is a good model kit, but JMS's choice of not putting decals in the kit, but putting stickers, makes no sense. All collectors prefer decals.
