Luna snow does more self heal with higher fps. At 144 fps, I do 104 self heal instead of 90

For this bug to appear connection must be peer to peer or local network as far as i know. I get it happens in practise range, where no server connection is present, but there should be testing done in actual server game. Unless i see comparison on actual custom game on server this is just a ragebait material

low fps and high fps are affected by ping aswell higher fps example 300 fps will put you up to 100 ping plus and on 30 you might drop to under 70 or even to 50 sometimes

I really hope this gets fixed sooner rather than later. I dont expect it's that big of an issue than most have made it out to be, but the fact that it's a possibility is still not good nonetheless.
