I come from a visual perspective and want to generate a scan of a building for a movie that looks high tech, very detailed and crisp. The more points the better.more Hollywood that engineering accuracy. I have no Idea if the Trion is the best for this. Or is the solution to upscale afterwards with Topaz AI ?

Hi there. Thank you for your interest in the Basic U-turn function. This feature is designed to plan the turning path for two adjacent guidance lines. When you enable this feature in conjunction with the tramline, the vehicle will automatically turn to the next tramline after completing a row. However, if the vehicle is on a non-tramline, it will turn to the next guidance line.

How often should you calibrate camera to colorize project ? Every project or the first time ?
For new units, there is no need to calibrate now since we already finished that process for our customer before shipping out. For older units, it only requires a one-time calibration before the first colorization.
My FJD Trion Model doesn't include the Forestry tab or it was missing, already updated to the latest version, why?

How do I find the base station location information?
You can set up the base station either at a fixed and known point or a random point. If you set it up at a random point, you can get the coordinates when processing the data and registration.
How is it connected to the drone? Is it a custom network?
Hi! The base station is connected to the drone's controllers via Wi-Fi. Our field controller can set up a hotspot for the connection.

It is possible for p1? From the images it is possible create a plan or point to dwg?
Hi, thanks for reaching out! This is a fusion of a point cloud and a panoramic video. The point cloud is generated by the FJD Trion P1 and the video is captured by the panoramic camera module. Unfortunately, dwg. is not supported at the moment but you can export point clouds to other universal file formats such as dxf., las., e57., etc. You can learn more about our scanner and the software here: www.fjdynamics.com/geospatial

Hello! Thanks for reaching out! The S1 can be used with an RTK rover backpack to get geo-referenced point clouds directly (shown in this video). Yes, you can have a base station to support the rover's signal.
