I play many builds with harbinger but i find classic p/d - staff with blood have problem with heavy cleaner and booner like Ele/Rev/Ranger or cele willbender because no boon strip. I prefer scepter/focus pistol/dagger with death magic for incredible defense and condi clean with antitoxin rune. Scepter/focus destroy boon spammer builds. Only build what can counter me is rifle deadeye because its so broken vs class with no teleport or movement skills.
