Beautiful makes, and great message at the end. Know that you can always reach out, too. I'm always here. Take care xx
The shawl came out fabulous! Excellent use of well chosen colors.
Thank you so much!
All those cables. Whew. Makes my brain hurt. Talya in Love is the podcaster you mentioned. She hasn't had anything in 11 months. I hope she's okay.
Me too. Thanks for checking insta. The cables are a lot
LOVE the idea of all the beautiful solids with the biege COR wool! It will come out stunning! 😊
Thank you so much Alice
Love, love, love your sweater/top! It looks so comfortable, and the color is perfect
Thank you
So sad about the bleeding on your sweater! I hope the overdying works. Love the pink hearts project!!❤❤❤❤
Thank you my friend
👓👓👓💙
That pink jumper with the hearts is soo cute! Sad that the red colour in the striped one bled all over the white. Maybe a wash with vinegar can help ( or some colour catching sheets/cloths, don´t know the english word for them).
I tried, going to over dye
Glad to have you to watch tonight. Too much hurricane. ❤
Stay safe!
Hey Miss Karen! I hope you are safe and comfortable for the duration! I understand that my walking around with the go pro is not nearly as good as me carrying my phone so it will take some more experimenting to get it right.
Dear Jim, I encourage you to continue working on perfecting your craft 🥰 🎥
Thank you for showing the vendors. I didn’t think you moved as fast as the other video which I had trouble watching.
Sorry about that will see if ican slow it d I wn
show us a little slower, you go to fast, i cant see nothing, its turn around in my head hahah
You can change the speed, but I will endeavor to do better
Omg PLEASE slow down and warn possible motion sickness issues . You obviously have never had this occur to you. Sorry couldn't make it passed few minutes
So very sorry
what fabulous yarns shown in both vids so many colours keep taking care, Val xxxxxxx
Thank you
Thanks for the good wishes. Sorry it's taken so long to watch. Lots of love to you both xx
Absolutely zero expectations. Just happy you made it home and hoping the treatments work.
I love the top you are wearing, it looks like a painting or a fun print...amazing.
Oh thank you!
I never knitted with bulky weight yarn, but that jumper will be beautiful! I would love a history series. I studied cultur studies and my main subject was history (but more european centered). My "newest interest"(i just heard about it a few years ago), concerning the USA and its history, is the Internment of Japanese Americans. It was shocking to me, (or at least surprising) because people from the US after WWII always kinda boasted that something like Hitler (this was way before Trumpelstilzchen and Magats) would never happen in the good ol´ USA...and then there have been some kind of gulags or concentration camps as well.
It's nor my favorite but it is going quickly
@@VisitWithNanaAndPapa I tend to like the look of thinner yarns more, but the amount of time you need for making a fingering weight jumper...
Thank you for sharing! I hope to pop in the zoom Sunday!
Super awesome to see you
I got an email recently from Netflix, which I have had for a very long time and it said that they were eliminating the basic plan and that the new plan will cost $15.49 a month. I went on the website and it turned out, the new plan they were offering was one without commercials, but I could purchase a standard plan for $6.99 a month with commercials, which is even less than what I used to pay. So if you got a similar email, look into that. It irritated me that they did not advertise. that there was a lower price.
I was there ! That was a cool building!
Too fast to awe over the yarns, Jim!!
I have let him know
Hi Nana and papa! So awesome to meet you today, and thank you for the little knitting lesson. Excited to try again. Hope to see you at hillsboro buccees again soon. You made my day!
You were so delightful!!!
Good to see you both. Sorry you've had such a frustrating time with your projects. As i was watching, i was making the decision to unpick something and redesign it, so you have my sympathy. Take good care xx
I would love you to share ALL the things you want. I just love your hair. All my knitting has been fails recently. At least I knit more after I rip it back 😂.
yes. I would love to hear more about your projects, especially how you adjust -
Hey yall watching while at work because I needed some happiness! Waiting to go home and celebrate Harvess 17th! Cake didn't even tell me about Reba! See ya soon
Happy Birthday Harvess
Yes, Valorie, I would love to hear what you have to say about your knitting process and how the sweater held up over the years. Thanks for sharing the fails, I could feel the frustration of each one.
Adore you!!
I had no idea that was a backpack!! I thought it was a tote bag 😂. From here forward you can ALWAYS say my name and where I got it from, that is not an issue for me. If it’s something very personal, I will say so when I give it to you otherwise you have carte blanche to blare my name and details. Great podcast and I think the videos you talked about are a great idea. Many folks who have an interest in specific patterns and also have not done things technically like myself would greatly benefit, thanks.🥰 Love you both ❤❤
Thank you for everything. Blessed to know you
Love your Hair cut, and your glasses are so fun! I would love to hear about your older sweaters and what you love about them. Yes details are great ❤
I will start planning.
I’d love to see those alternate videos you talked about.
Thanks!!
Great seeing you two again! Sorry your knitting has been so frustrating Valorie!
I love the colors of the sweater you are “winging”.. very pretty! Great job!
Thanks!!
Your hair looks great!!!
Thank you
Oh man, I miss you guys so much ❤
We miss you two so much
Absolutely love your hair!!
Thank you
Sorry I'm so late watching. I hope that your reworked knitting is proving much less frustrating. Congrats to your winners and take good care xx
You never need to comment or watch. You have remained a source of connection for me f9r so long I forget sometimes that I have yet to sneak a hug. I hope everything works out okay. I hope you know that you are loved very much.
Loving your hair!!!❤
Thank you.
Really useful tips - Many thanks from Australia 😊🧶
Heyyy! Oh can you send the hot weather over to us? It's cold still in the UK, we've rubbish weather and lots of rain. I nearly put the heating on last night!! Also loving your Hair do Valorie! You're looking fabulous!
You are so kind.

Thank you for the giveaway!💛
Congratulations
I give my sister 2 large ( or equivalent ) Brazil nuts to help her thyroid. She started with 100 mg of meds and now she is down to 75 mg. So, enjoy your Brazil nuts!
Thank you
How are you doing my friend? For some reason you were on my mind the other day and I tried to reach out and see if you were ok. I hope all is well in your world!
Very nice video. So sad that the sweater doesn’t fit properly, but you are not one for needlessly ripping it out so it must of had a bad fit. No sense not to thin back in that case. I’ve done a top for my daughter in the CotLin yarn and liked it very much. It is the blue and white one and I am looking for a simple pattern to finish up the skeins now. The Tolsta tank might do the job.! I am glad that you both are making friends in your new town, nothing worse than not having any one around to call upon during a bad day. Congrats to the winners of those lovely yarns!
Thank you so much
Congrats to the winners! Hope you feel better Jim! Those coasters of Kara’s are adorable!
I love the new haircut Valorie, there are days I miss having my hair that short. And those glasses are so fun!
Thank you
Valorie - I've been meaning to say how much i like your glasses. And I love your new hairstyle you look great xx
Thank you, my friend!!
Gary is very generous of his time. All those dyers did a wonderful job on their colors. Thanks for the sharing, I would have kept the self stripping yarns also. They are beautiful.
💛
Beautiful yarns and colourways. And you are so generous! (I´m not entering because the postage from US to EU is ridiculous these days.)
Thanks for viewing
Morning..watched while I was driving to work for my 4th shift on this good Sunday! Love the hair cut Valorie! And Jim who's the Jethro's you talking about? Jimmy's eggs is Cake fav diner around here, y'all were down the street from me. Next time Cake BBQ y'all coming over.
Jethro Bodine is the nephew of Jed Clampet on the Beverly Hillbillies and possibly the original person referred to as "dumber than dirt". Jethro Tull was a British rock band from late 60s early 70s biggest songs were Aqualung and Locomotive Breath
@@jamesfischer7204 ok I wondered if the first Jethro was that one! Lol but I've never heard of the second one lol! Hilarious
