i feel like Curly laughed when Jimmy grabs the gun because so much trouble went into it staying away from him, Anya taking and hiding it, her possibly last actions being guessing the combo. All the effort and worry for Jimmy to walk in, almost not react to Anya, and take the gun so easily, he’s seeing all that effort go down the drain in an instant and i think that’s the only thing his brain let through, he could’ve stopped all of this, and now look at the situation, it’s an almost comical level of tragedy

Swansea killed daisuke out of mercy since he would've died from slowly bleeding out which is a loss of SOOO much blood, but jimmy made it worse by putting mouthwash which that mouthwash was pretty high in sugar so now daisuke would not just die slowly BUT VERY PAINFULLY, he was beyond saving at that point so Swansea knew he had to kill him to put him out of his misery, also I think even if he was still alive he will suffer way more from Jimmy's manipulation so atleast he's now at a better place, away from Jimmy
