Been a minute since I've last uploaded and been consistent but I've just been super busy with finals and stuff. Luckily I'm finished now so I'll be able to really focus on my training now. I'll be releasing a follow up video just updating everything soon. Thanks for watching!

Todays dunk session literally sucked but i'm still jumping higher every day so no complaints there. Not super sure what my vert is now but 40-42? Bro i have question what the reason that use in some lifts 7-8rpe and left reps in the tank even if you can do more reps or more wiegth what the goal of doinig this? And not go 100%
im not exactly sure whats lifts you mean but it could be for a deload to freshen up and reduce fatigue, or the beginning of a cycle where intensity isnt at its highest but will increase in later weeks
@@keanulime thank you for the reply, im on thp and on thp when it not have note near the exorsice i heard that im need to preform the exorsice with 7-8 rpe im not on deaload or sometinig but it make me confuest to train less hard do you know what i should you also on thp? So what do you do when have no note how effort do you do?
@ it could be that the exercise is not that important like accessory work and stuff like that, or maybe its only in there for joint health and strength maintenance, but want to focus on something else. i would just follow the program or maybe ask the groupchat if that is still confusing

no idea, its a super set but id have to ask john lol
why don't you just do single leg (split or bulgarian) supramaximal? that way, you can put the weight back up by doing bilateral/normal squat. Doing this will free you from repeatedly taking the plates on & off. Just a thought

i wish it was that easy, i'm box squatting 500 pounds for reps as well as maxing out the leg extension machine and doing plyos every other day, i still don't have a standing mid 30 inch vert.

I think you should speed up your approach. I know when you are running faster there is way more force to change your direction. It just seems like you are barely running

Bro ur super bouncy , but I would say to try to improve ur penultimate step more, ur way more advanced than me, but I know that fixing ur approach helps a lot and adds a couple of inches to peoples verticals , love the vids tho bro, tryna get like you one day

Mi brother 5’9-6’2 is the best height in mi opinion but with a height of 5’10 you only need a 42 inch vertical to do a one hand reverse

what's your highest touch rn?
not exactly sure, but in a previous video i get about two inches from my elbow on this rim which is 9’10. i measured around where that would be and it came to around 11’2. not sure how accurate that is but at least 11 feet fs

@@godofaztecs3156 thanks! im 143 lbs rn. bodybuilder standards im prob like 16-17%, but how most people standardize bf im probably around 12%. i can see my abs pretty well only when flexed. i used to be a bit bigger and leaner at 150 but ive been lacking on my diet and got lazy with hitting upper body, should definitely start doing that again lol
@@keanulimedope dope cuz im trynna figure out how many inches of vert I’ll gain if i maintain/ increase my strength levels and go to 12-13 (near bf%) from my current of 25% how significant would u say that would help my vert?
@@godofaztecs3156 it would definitely help a ton for where you’re at rn. i will say that weight hasnt played too big of a part for me, since ive been 135 and 155 within this past year, and it hasn’t affected my bounce to a noticeable amount. however i was still decently lean at 155 and just underweight at 135. i think once you can clearly see your abs you’re set
