Sir, If we pay Freight Charges (Air or Sea) to overseas/foreign shipping companies instead of paying to Indian shipping/freight forwarding companies, then will we need to pay GST to the Indian Govt. by RCM or it'll be out of GST scope ? Please guide and advise, so as to avoid these GST charges.
Sir my AD got registered with a wrong bank account ( someone else bank account which is not mine ) how can I change it and correct it

You don't need to register AD code in multiple ports now, as per current notification, in any sea port / ICD, if you have done AD code registration, you can use the same AD code for all other ports in India. Bhai ap koi bhi ek port choose kar lo like nhavaseva or anyone. Ek bar registration ho gya to usse multiple port use kar sakte ho ap. Jo nearest ho.

Thanks for your comment, Now AD Code Registration has to be done by the Exporter through ICEGATE. If you have already done AD Code Registration atleast in one port, then you can use the same AD Code registration and no further registration is required in any other port.
