Secrets of the Home Studio!
Putting some rhythm guitar tracks down to an original riff I posted the other day so I thought I'd try,and spruce it up a bit and make a Home Demo.

I had that same cd about 23 years ago, I can’t find it anywhere now, not even TH-cam.
I found mine on Etsy, I couldn't find it anywhere else not even on Ebay. And the face of the CD 💿 is different. I don't remember the first copy having that white print,it was silver.
I actually have 2 now the one from Etsy, and the one from Half Price Books.
Love that baseline! I played drums along with the whole vid! Cool vibe.
@@ChadRock101 wow, that's awesome, I'll bet your beat sounds great, I wish I had the software to jam out with you,and other folks. That would be cool.
@ I was playing an 8th note at first sounds good. Went to a slower quarter note open hat with extra kick near end. Sounded pretty cool!
@@ChadRock101 sounds like it's pretty hip.
@ if you get a good recording of just the bass you could post to TH-cam private. Email me link. I’ll screen record and put some drums on it. If ya wanna give it a go. No timeframe whenever.
@ChadRock101 I'll give it a try tomorrow afternoon.
Congrats on that! I never thought i would get past 2 subs! I started my channel almost 9 months ago and have only been playing for 2 months at that point. The music community has been great! I never really cared about that though. I just make my music for me and if people dig it that is an awesome bonus!
@@ChadRock101 I dig it, and thanks for all your support. I didn't think I'd make it past the first 10, but I'm really happy people are tuning in and enjoying the content. You're awesome bro!

He has so many good songs! One of my fav shows is when he toured with Doyle if you remem, ber that. About half way through set Doyle came out and they played together. Was so cool. That was a little before the 'reunion'.
@@ChadRock101 saw them play a Misfits set when Doyle cane out with him on the Circle of Snakes tour, before Gorgeous Frankenstein came out. It was awesome.
Danzig looks fun on bass and some of these songs looks accessible for a newer player. Do you get tabs or figure stuff out? Great song here!
@@ChadRock101 usually I go to a site called BigBassTabs.com, but sometimes those can be off a note here and there, and sometimes there can be 2 or 3 versions of tabs for one song because it's a site where different people can post tabs. Sometimes I can figure parts out here and there on my own, but very rarely I must admit.
Nice!
@@ChadRock101 thanks tons
Awesome job! Great sound!
@@ChadRock101 thanks tons, dressed as Gothic as I could for the jam too 🤣🤣🤣
You just got me to listen to Bauhaus and now I’m obsessed
@thatmediocreguitarist I'm glad! May i suggest a few Bauhaus albums, In the flat field, Crackle, and Bauhaus Volume One, The Sky's Gone Out. Live in Gotham City 1999 is worth watching, that was the first time they played together since 1983. Very inspiring band. I even dressed up for the videos I made, idk it looked Gothic to me 🤣
Also the live performance of Bela Lugosis Dead from Coachella in 2005 is definitely worth checking out.
@@henryliedecke3769I’ve already listened to In The Flat Fields in its entirety, I really like it.
@thatmediocreguitarist Mask there second album is good as well. Crackle is like a best of Bauhaus, but some of the songs are different from what ended up on some of the albums. The Sky's Gone Out is my personal favorite after In The Flat Field
Love the get-up! Very fancy! ❤❤ You knocked it out of the park as usual!
Thanks babe!
@@henryliedecke3769 anytime! 😘
This song is so neat. I don’t know why I forgot it existed for so long!
@thatmediocreguitarist probably because it's a closing track. The reason I covered this is cause not alot people really mention this song too much when they speak about the first album. But it is an awesome tune.🙂
I also covered Long Way Back From Hell, and Killer Wolf too.
I love that first poster. I have the one with the Red background that’s like that from Ohio, Sonic Temple.
@@Jody138 that's awesome 👌!

@@Jody138 thanks bro, glows in the dark too.
Excellent well done mate - another new song for me . Btw is that a nice new shiny Bass ? 😂
@@jasoningamells5872 thanks tons, I actually had this bass for about a year. I polish my basses about once a week or so,and I also took the original pick guard off,and replaced it with a mirror pick gaurd. Music Nomad Guitar Polish is the brand I use.🙂
@ looks good. I have three basses and always revert back to my very old and battered Yamaha bass . The headstock split so I super glued it together. Still my best playing bass just feels right ! Looking forward to what songs you are going to do next .
@jasoningamells5872 I'm working on learning some, I've been thinking about trying to do some Budgie, and Thin Lizzy cover tunes for a little variety, but we shall see.
Could you cover sweat by Tool? An amazing bass track
