Fair play for your dedication guys. It's like Celtic in the early 1990s. The odd win over Rangers, some good players (McStay, Collins), but ultimately miles behind and utterly dominated, hoping bang average players, (Coyne, Creaney, Cascarino) could do a job for you.

The highs and lows in performance show us. Yes, the players aren't world-class, but they have showed the can dig deep. Its just not consistent enough. It can't all be on the manager. Those on the pitch need to stand up and be counted.

So to summarise, the trading model needs to improve, but at the same time don’t want to sell your biggest asset in January when the league is already gone. Do you not see the flaw in that? Hanging on to players to the point they walk away for nothing, or stay way too long and end up worthless! Don’t really understand this review pish, we all know the various elements not working, why spend more to get a nice wee typed report stating the obvious, this is what government and councils do to divert blame and attention, immediate action is required, strong leadership is required, we are going round in circles.

As a Rangers fan I honestly think our manager is a good manager but not Scottish game changing, I think he needs help from a Scottish manager that highlights what we are and what we as a club need to put up with on a day to day basis, why don’t they look at bringing a Scottish manager to help navigate, Even Barry Ferguson or someone who will kick ass. Just read us being linked Hjalmar Ekdal. I pray we don't sign him. Another injury prone player for the treatment table is something we need like a hole in the head. Do those at our club have no capacity to learn? We need to buy robust guys. Not ones who have poor injury histories and patterns for being out regularly.

Was there not a discussion regards Clements contract and how much its going to cost to get rid of him. This is something that needs spoken about.

Probably more importantly… the worst that happens is we make the team younger, more stable and then bring in another manager. At least we’d be able to attract one. How long does it take teams to rebuild with unlimited funds? Man City? Newcastle?

For me where Clement went wrong is he lowered the age group and trying to pay less to the players and for me imho it is like an agency paying lower wages and trying to get the same work rate for me it is showing now it is not going too work. Win,lose,draw i will always support rangers football club but we need change again.

This isn’t about the players it’s about the manager from the start of this season unwilling to play players that he bought even though we needed them,then playing underperforming players instead of those bought for those positions and not only that playing players out of position just for the sake of playing and filling a position/s. I knew that the board wouldn’t do nothing but at the end of the season they need to have a hard look at the manager and underperforming players.

The manager is a problem, his tactics and dealing with the low block, in away games is a huge issue. Most foreigners claim that Scottish football is a bit behind tactically. Well any foreign manager worth their salt, should then find it easy to set up against backwater tactics. Not only that, but the bigger issue we have than the wrong manager, is the one or ones on our board responsible for the final say on things and appointments. Whoever is the key decision maker/s is the deeper problem. It's on their watch many mistakes have been made and we are now at a point change at the level is required. That person or persons shield is the chairman and soundbites to buy time, like root and branch reports. A yes man put out there to protect them from the limelight........the Parks. If you buy and sign too many loans and guys who cost money but are unreliable that's the issue. Too many injury prone types are being carried. We have also wasted resources. Stand out wastes of cash have been Dessers and Lammers. Myself and others pointed to their previous records. Also as far as the injury prone ones go, anyone can look up players injury history online. Our club should have the analytics and systems to test players for injury and robustness and to be able to weigh up patterns and evidence on the medical side. We should know by now to swerve those types. Any player can get injured, but we sign guys who are repeatedly injured and they were like that before the signed. Ridvan, Lawrence, Matondo, Souttar, Dowell as the main ones. Souttar has been spoken of in the press as getting a new deal. He was unreliable for Hearts and has continued that for us. Regardless of how nice a guy he is or how sorry we are he has some talent but cannot stay fit and the same for the rest, we can have no room for sentiment in the pursuit of success. We need rid of the deadwood.

Unlucky with injuries , and playing very average players in Ridvan McAusland Matonda etc . Proving costly in recent results . Positives : Raskin Igamane Hagi Cerny ( the latter two poor ball distribution ) Sacking Clement will not help at this time.

You've got to stick with clemente .. there is a team there ... centre halfs back and fit (sterling and souttar particularly)... we've got a run of home games coming ...see after that... the problem is the board and getting rid of matondo, tav,lawrence, dessers and dowel ... their wages are killing us

Give us a break with the Celtic result being continually used in his defence. He has beat them once in 7 games and when he did eventually beat them it was to go 11 points behind!! He’ll also wheel out the financial gap between us and Man Utd when the game comes around but no mention of the financial gap between us and st Mirren, Motherwell, hibs, Dundee. In all honesty, I would accept 1 good and decent CB, 2 would be better.
