Valiant effort, this car might have been capable of being a contender, but he didn't use the exposive power out of the chicane, allowing minis to pull away from him. It felt as if the driver and car weren't in sync.

Alex Taylor and Andy Priaulx severely need a set-up guy ........ cars in the first 2 laps , walked by their car ....... set-up is the difference between killing tires or an engine and the driver working way harder then they have too ......

Why does it have to be limited to 6500 because it's running MSD ignition and what is the normal redline 8000 ???

Am I correct in saying he only uses 1st and 2nd gear?? surely 3rd could have been used. Perhaps he had a gearbox problem

Looks like the car the camera is in is doing the smart thing and let the wild horses tare up things and maybe wipeout therefore reducing the number of contender's and "then" turning on and throwing the coal to it and moving up. If the race is long enough I appreciate the one's trying to win the race before it's half over because they'll generally do something to their car and hopefully you'll make it through the mess. I've seen some really bad wrecks in the last few laps but that's the time to put on the big boy pants and leter rip tater chip. I'll check out this series.

Racing hard

This is some serious shit! I would pay big time to see this. Classis muscle and they're literally scraping each other's cars ball to the wall.

Looks like a blast. And they do have roll cages. The mustang cage is carefully installed to fit close to the a pillars. Hard to see

That was such a shame Alex! That RX7 really goes doesn't it? I did come over after the race to see what happened, but you'd understandably gone off somewhere, probably to have words with someone I imagine! Not that it's much consolation to you - none at all, in fact - but the subsequent SC period to clear your car really worked in my favour and allowed me to go on & win the Future Classics race outright. Just a shame it had to be under those circumstances. Hope to see you out again soon?

Sorry that heavy punt took you out of the race. Really nice how you get the most out of the car, steering out of the corner with the throttle with a bit of opposite lock, great to watch. Good lines too of course!

I hope you guys get the car back out for some more races this season!
