Who are we?
Kate, 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified Advanced Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, Yin Yoga, Self-Inquiry & Meditation Teacher; a doctor, working full-time in hospital; certified in sound massage; passionate about Jungian psychology, dreamwork & lucid dreaming; an author of one, still unfinished book; inspired to inquire and create.
Matthew, a self-employed pharmacist, a certified massage therapist, an excellent cook, specializing in Asian & vegan cuisine, board game player and creator; Chinese Mandarin student; also interested in dreamwork and self-development.
We are both hikers and backpackers.
Mary, fresh, beautiful, smart and open. Our 5-year-old girl.
Once we had a dream to create That Place.
And then we decided to find it within ourselves first.

Wow ! This was amazing! It’s incredible how you are so deceptively strong. I have been just starting to do planks and this was perfectly challenging. I have also been very tight with my lower body from cycling and have shoulder tightness, arm and hand tightness from working with my hands. There were so many wonderful and challenging, for me, poses. I will revisit this again tomorrow! I subscribed.Thank you for not being gratuitous yet being beautifully inspiring with your transcript.
