Yeah and that’s what sucks you are either good at the game and you’re pretty much fine or you out a company for being lazy and they screw you over that’s what has happened with mw2 when I outed infinity ward and these shorts were getting views… cod has fallen off bc of these big streamers though that are using mods and cheating

It’s actually not as difficult as some may think but mw3 is a flop if you’re actually good at the game I’ve had video proof recently and stream proof when I did play it, ended up going competitive on ranked in mw2 until I got screwed in season 2 reloaded when that game died and really the thing no one talks about is if you have played the beta for mw3 that was the best time since the actually release day was hot garbage imo

@Codwithcody02 mw2 was a flop, mw3 was an improved version of mw2 which imo isnt that bad but still has its issues, but remastering a game would be like making the game from scratch since they'd have to remake the game on the new engines for improved graphics, giving the option to select graphics would also just make the process much more difficult, graphics are dependent upon what console you have/tv or monitor, or even dependent upon the graphics card you have on pc if thats what you use, its a lot more complicated than most would think hense the reason we are unlikely to see a multiplayer remaster of any of the previous cod games

⁠@@GokuBlack2235they wouldn’t exactly have to do that it’s all in a game file they’d just have to go ahead and edit the game file and then obviously there would need to be a stability check because when I’ve done coding for some games that I’ve made on my laptop I had to edit a file and do a whole check up to make sure that things were running properly… even if they did have to make a game from scratch to make a remaster for black ops and bo2 I mean they are doing it anyway for next year but they have the proper team to get it done

@Codwithcody02 the rumors being spread about bo2 being remastered are false, there hasnt been any discussion with activision or treyarch themselves about remastering the game let alone remaking it, it also isnt just about the stability but also compatibility. These next gen consoles have the possibility of not being compatible with the previous cod engines, the only reason xbox is able to run the games is because they made the console suitable for backwards compatibility. In order for the game to be popular they would definitely have to remake it onna new engine to be sure graphics function properly and its compatible with every console, as much as i would love to play a next gen bo2 its very unlikely, treyarch has been working on a cod game for the past 4 years already which isnt a bo2 remaster, it will more than likely be call of duty black ops gulf war
