After wet sanding and buffing the heavy scratches, I realized that the car had taken a heavy hit with dried and baked in water spots which etched into the clear coat. So I went over the entire car and did my best to get as many of the big ones that I could. Started with #chemicalguys 1. Chemical Guys Clean Slate wash, 2. 1500 and then 2000 grit wetsand on all the scratches, 3. Wizards Mystic Cut Compound (by far the best compound I've ever used), 4. CG Paint Correction No. 721, CG P4O-POLISH , CG V36 Optical Grade Cutting Polish, CG V38 Optical Grade Final Polish, 5. CG Blacklight Hybrid Radiant Polish, and for the final step CG JETSEAL 109 Paint ...

The only thing I have done at the time of this video was a hand wash with #chemicalguys Clean Slate in prep for a 3 stage paint correction, touch up paint, and finish it with CG Blacklight topped with CG Jetseal paint sealant!!

This paint on this car was one of the most abused that I ever had worked on! Not only the paint correction, but the headlights needed to be restored badly! 2024 Audi Q3 complete exterior detail!

Started this beauty off with a Chemical Guys (CG) Clean slate incredibly thorough wash w/ Boars Hair Ultra Soft Detailing Brushes to get in all gaps, grills, window edge seams, emblems etc, followed by decontamination using GYEON Quartz Q²M Iron Remover (on rims also), on to wet sanding all the scratches, 3 Stage Paint Correction: Stage 1 full compound buff with Wizards Mystic cut, Stage 2 poli...

2 years after the hologram removal I get another chance to restore the beauty in her!

Wet sanded 57 scratches out of the passanger side alone, full compound buff, 2 step machine polish, followed by paint sealant (this video was before the paint sealant).
