That's great. I love pineapple cake.

I melt a stick of blue bonnet margarine w the brown sugar in a small sauce pan under low heat, continue to stir, than spread this into the bottom of the pan, add crushed pineapple was cherry, then add yellow cake mix( w pineapple juice added to the batter instead of water) just, wanted to add my Mom's way to make this. this is a family favorite. She didn't make it nearly enough. I love and miss you Mom!!!

I put pineapple juice from the canned pineapples, if I need a little more I put regular pineapple juice in the mix. To me that's tastes much better in the mix than water.
