Hi there , thank you for watching and listening. I honestly don’t know how to respond to your question and this is all I can share; I only learned guitar on my own for the sole reason of being able to accompany myself . I will never rate myself as a guitar player and a professional . When I learn music I simply take all my time to listen to the music . I do my best to analyze everything that my ears can hear to the slightest detail as much as I could .sometimes It takes me awhile doing this , not because it is challenging but because I simply take my time. Finally, I sit down and run them on the guitar as to how I believe it should be or how I want it to be . For this particular version of Gloria I noticed there’s not a guitar arrangement available the way I wanted to play it and enjoy it . I told myself it’s either I come up with a style I can play it as to how I heard an orchestra or not at all. I didn’t use any chord guide . Everything is by memory.

Oh my good Lord! It is such an honor to have this comment from you . Thank you so much . I do not know if it’s only me but I don’t see any on TH-cam of this song done on guitar . I listened to this song countless of times for years before I even sat down and started working on how I want to do it on the guitar . I wanted to get as many notes I could from the piano notes I could hear . My daughters and I consider this song as not really an easy one but so enjoyable singing and playing it.

My sister shared this with me, I know our mom would be so happy to know her music is still moving people. It's what she lived for.
