I have had the experience, and therefore the expertise, to review some of the current "tribute" bands around town and the real bands that are still holding on to their music and voices. Some should have retired long ago but still want to and can make a buck. I'm originally from NY and the luck of having an older Brother and Sister that lived in the Village. There I would go to the Fillmore, the park and the Capital theatre.

Another great local band that is a favorite here in South Florida. They do Styx and Journey, but the lead singer John D'Agostino is a true Steve Perry sound. Not easy to hit those notes but John does it! The band knows their stuff and I really didn't hear any mistakes, just some interesting solos here and there. The drumming wasn't impressive, but it doesn't have to be...only if you're the real Journey live. If you're a Journey fan don't miss them !

Hot Brass is exactly that a hot horn section. For Chicago, the organist is the lead. I didn't care much of the Female backup sound was a little too much. Bands with horn sections are great to see live...horns really stand out at concerts. There were some mistakes with horns just for the Chicago sound. Nice show to see all around.

Hot Brass is exactly that a hot horn section. For Chicago, the organist is the lead. I didn't care much of the Female backup sound was a little too much. Bands with horn sections are great to see live...horns really stand out at concerts. There were some mistakes with horns just for the Chicago sound. Nice show to see all around.

We saw this amazing show back in 2018 at Bethel Woods, NY (the woodstock concert site). They were so hot. Was easily the best concert of my life. Six years later, they still look pretty good - for their ages - but from the looks of things....if you want to see them, I guess you better get the tickets now.
