I have seen something like this happen in real life. In high school auto mechanics class. Breaks got changed on a small Toyota car don’t remember the model. However the teach wanted to watch us bleed the break. Another kid that wasn’t involved jumped in and backed it off the lift. He went backwards across the parking lot hit a pole which caused him to knock the car in drive. He drove through the bay door next to the one he was working on his car in. Hitting his car, which lunged my direction off the lift hitting a tool box just inches away from me. The Toyota went to the middle of the lift and into the pit. It a bad day. And they stopped us working on our personal vehicle for a month.
