Before I moved to TN I was a Cherokee every weekend with my Brother in law and his dad Tracey and Russell Jones from Jones Tire Shop in Cherryville NC. I am not sure if they are still racing or not. Russell was in his 70s the last time I went to the race with them about 7 yrs ago.

the tech JD at I-35 doesn't even follow I-35 Speedways rules he disqualified a car saying that motor that was in the car shouldn't be in it even though the VIN number on that car says that was the size motor that was put in that car from Factory I-35 speedway is dishonest incorrupt!!!!!

If that was the driver and crew of the #3 car making asses of themselves in the victory lane, they had no right, he hit everyone he raced with in that feature. The big guy who tried to pick a fight with that kid needs to be banned from the track, that was beyond cowardly.

East lincoln had some good racing this weekend. But wish we wouldve come to cherokee just to see this in person. Hell of a battle and love these cars

Just a little FYI. Bentley was found to have illegal shocks. The Hinson team protested.

It would be cool if there was a way to mute the announcer, but still hear the action on the track. There was an extreme lack of driving talent, or lack of respect out there. They were even running over each other before the green flags.

Absolutely no respect shown in this race. It looked more like a Banger Race from England, than an American stock car race. Glad the #10 car didn't finish, hooking and wrecking a guy on a straight is as low as it gets. He has a throttle return spring just like everyone else.

#3 should have been black flagged or at least sent to the back of the field for running over the #328 on the restart, as well as the #803 for turning the orange car into the front straight wall. Not sportsmanlike at all.
