As of now i dont have any idea about the formulation available materials are rice, trying to find corn , we have here camote leaves or kangkong, fish meal,banana,ricebran, i can make flour from cassava, but i dont how to make it float, machines i have grinder also manual grinder thank you pls help i cant afford to maintain comml.feeds as begenner in this area of livelihood salamat

How do you check that the moisture is between 6-12% in the oven please?

MURREL IS GOOD FISH TO FARM IN RAS. BUT U HAVE CHOOSE BIG FISH. THERE IS A PERSON WHO IS SUPPLYING DESI MURREL 100 GRAMS IN WEIGHT FOR RS 30. U R TOTAL PRODUCTION COST WILL IN BETWEEN 170-200 RUPEES DEPENDING ON THE FCR 1.3-1.5 FCR. STOCKING DENSITY WILL BE 50-60 KG (FINAL OUTPUT) PER 1000 LITERS. ITS BETTER TO HAVE TANKS OF 60K LITER OR ABOVE. ONE OF MY FREIND IS DOING AND HE IS VERY SUCCESFUL. IF U HAVE ENOUGH LAND GO FOR SOLAR, INSTEAD OF PAYING EXPENSIVE CURRENT BILLS. MY FREIND IS SELLING AT RS 350 A KG AND HE IS MAKING 150 RUPPES PROFIT PER KG. EVEN IF SELL FOR RS 300. U WILL MAKE 100 RUPEES PER KG IN WORST SCENARIO. ALWAYS PREPARE FOR WORST WHEN U START BUSINESS.
How much cost required for RAS system
Depends on how big it is. It can range from 10K USD to 10000K USD. A lot also depends on your location and which species of fish you are growing. I hope this answer is helpful.
