what's the out]put current? can i use tip3055 or 2n3055 in parallel to get output of around 25 amps? or use an igbt?

Cells with 0 volts are cut off the safety to prevent fire. If you do this, the battery is unsafe to use... I do that for some small projects but not for my e-scooter with 78 cells. If one got fire, all of will make a disaster...

Hey bro i have a question i have build a pack of 84ah 12v and a 14ah 12v pack and another 3s 8p lithum ion pack max of 14ah to 15ah if I connect them in parallel is there is any problem to smaller packs as the current will be higher up to 14-17A from solar? Please reply ❤thanks

Hello, i did this on several 18650 batteries. It works but after a while they start leaking, and corrode their surroundings. Do you have the same? Another way to do this without pressing the CID is to charge them with a smartcharger( I use an Imax B6) at 0.1 or 0.2 amps(higher might damage them) in nimh mode, and when they get up to 3 volts then I switch to 1 amp( i don't go higher, might damage them) in lipo mode. First thing I would do is stabilise and reduce the input voltage to the point that it can only just charge to the point it stops - a little over 4.2V input.

You could have used another heatsink on top instead of the acrylic sheet. Then setup a 80mm fan to blow on the bottom heatsink 😂

The heat is because of linear regulation. Add a shotky diode on the +ve input. There is a 0.7v drop across the diode. Now the diode will get hot instead of the 4056.

Never take advice from anyone that uses a 3 dollar multimeter and a plier from the stone age.
