Those shoes; living their best life.
Pure Class Mary and Joe.👏👏
I learned these steps as a child in Philadelphia
Wonderful! 🌷
Engraved on my heart. That music and the dancing takes me to a zone which I had thought had been forgotten. 🙏👏
Pure Class Joe.
This has always been one of my favorite set dances
May Allen or as she became Mrs Joe Close, wife to a fine Gael, was a great teacher and a lovely lady. A fine and always fair adjudicator. I was the Fear a'Tí at many a Feis she adjudicated around Belfast. On several occasions May played the accordion when as a dancer with Anna McCoy, I was part of the team that appeared on Come Dancing. On another occasion May "lent" her son Thomas to McCoys for a St Patrick's Day TV show. Dancing is much the poorer for the loss of May and Miss McCoy. May they both rest in peace.
Superb
Thank you, thank you and once again thank you for sharing this!
Gorgeous!
💚🍀 Wow!i loved it!! I learnt few steps of this dance on Edwina Guckian's website, but here, i can see you show many others steps not included there. So thank you a lot!!
Fantastic! Thank you so much for these beautiful dances, so finely danced, so well filmed too. I could watch all day! Such lovely people. I remain one of your greatest fans!
That's so beautiful Mary!
Bhain mé an-sult as an "light jig". Bhí sé cosúil leis an phort a d'fhoghlaim Seamus Kerrigan dúinn ina rang do phaistí sna 1950í. Cha raibh a fhios agam go raibh ceol ag Fearghal! Maith sibh!
What a lucky bubble
Everything about this is soooo beautiful
Why is this me in the store reviewing my steps xD
A great couple of dancers, and Joe is a gentleman, I've spent many an evening dancing with Joe and Margaret Wray, we had a great weekend a few years back along with Michael Tubridy in Derry.
