We also recently bought a barndominium on 10 acres, so we are still trying to figure all that out.
Just bought a Kubota Tractor, CanAm Defender SXS. Just built a greenhouse out of old Windows and doors. Just built a BBQ Shack. Starting to work on fencing. I've also got a lot of land clearing projects coming up soon. Just waiting on the weather to cool down a bit.
I do a lot of DIY stuff. Woodworking, fixing stuff, making stuff. Whatever. I like being outside doing stuff.
If it is broke, we'll try to fix it. If it ain't broke, we'll likely break it.
I love to do One Day Projects. But, ironically, they take me about Two Months.

Thanks for the help!
Hope you are able to fix yours.
Over tightened filter and didn't prime.
Thanks for the feedback.
The DIYers greatest reward is seeing the fault code disappear.
Yes. I'm glad to get it resolved.
Cool piece of history.
I love old tools from my ancestors.
My passenger side windows and mirror stopped working both front and rear, thought it was the switch on the driver side but i found the orange/white & black wire in the harness were broken on the front passenger door, took me about 2 hours to find the issue and repair it by extending it with 2 wires Idk why Chrysler wired these jeeps like that, my XJ had similar issues but was fixed by the driver side window switch that was only like $30 on Amazon
Yeah. Luckily it is an easy fix.
good timing. i ran into the same just last week. replaced and cleaned the fuel water filter and it was gunked up. ran the tractor out of gas as well b4 this. it started after but the code kicked in. i ordered and replaced the fuel filter and havent been able to get it to start since. my guess is my line is clogged. still looking for a youtube to unclog and empty the tank. cheers.
Hopefully you can get it fixed.
Will this fix death wobble if I just did a 2.5 inch lift and I do an alignment?
I will not fix death wobble. I may hide the issue. But the underlying issue will likely still be there.
@@homestead_diy Do you know what would fix the issue then? Possibly the track bar?
@@Baker_1911 For me, the fix was related to tires. Once I had a wheel alignment issue. Then I had cupping on the tires another time. The second time, I had to get new tires to fix the issue... No guarantee it will/would fix your problem.
As you note, frequently, nothing you tried really works, and you ask for suggestions and help. So, what was the easy trick you used in the headline? Clickbait, I guess...
Thanks for the feedback. I ended up putting about 5 gallons of water on the hole and let it sit for a bit. Then the auger was able to drill right into it.
The paddle does have a sharper sound to its impact, the sandal doesn't have the brighter impact tone. This is fascinating, thanks - I hope it's as much fun as it looks. :D
It is a great sound. I still can't quite match the Blue Man Group sound. But I have no idea how many effects they put on theirs before you hear it.

Thanks for watching.
start with a ping pong paddle, make it smaller
I have some pickleball paddles. I thought about trying those. Might be a similar sound. Thanks for watching.
I wonder if mirrors would help with visibility?. Would making holes in the bucket allow one to see through it, as in a 2-3" hole saw,? I plan on getting one, they are like $700 .
Mine is the older model. But the newer model has "slits" running down it. This should make it easier to see: amzn.to/4h8yegv
You can never have enough wifi!
@@thePFOchannel Wi-Fi for the win.
Also, wanted to say if you end up wanting a network where your cattle are, I'd recommend placing an old utility pole in the middle, then connect an bidi outdoor access point to it (best 2.4 GHz for longer range), power it off of solar. That way you have full wifi coverage throughout your field.
Great idea. The solar thing would help for sure. Don't want to be running power out there.
Yes they should both be mounted outside, the glass will reflect the RF back into the house and you'll lose a lot of performance. Good job on the install
Thanks for watching.
Thanks for watching.
They are both level? Is the camera angle weird?
@@Gmaso15 yes. I leveled them both. The camera is just a bit to the side. Very small bathroom. Not a lot of room for the camera and for me. Thanks for watching.
Shoe sounds better i think. ❤
@@V8PJuiceInternational agreed. It is harder to play with though. I need to find something between the two. Better sound but with more control than the shoe.
Thanks for your video. I’m pulling up a wood post fence tmmr
@@scotstewart4011 if you’ve got a tractor with front end loader it makes a big difference.
So is it the radiator?
with this one it was a small hole in one of the hoses.

Very cool! I’d love to hear more
@@T.C.M.Y.T I’ve got some other full length videos on my channel.
The fittings aren’t meant to be used without glue, you could drill a hole and use a 1” sheet metal screw to hold them together
I did glue them together afterwards. I just wanted to get it all together first to make sure I knew how everything fit. I considered just using screws. Some of the Blue Man Group's instruments that I've seen seemed to have screws only.
Colored tape. Roman numerals on each connection point with lines to show your order and alignment, numbers for the order of assembly. That's the best I can offer.
Could write the note followed by the order of the the tubes from the top down. Would require a rebuild but it would make the rebuild after that so much easier
I ended up doing colored tape later on. It also helped as I was taking apart the pieces to glue them together.
Oh my god what a whimsical nightmare you seem to be in 😂😂 Got any extra sharps or flats? Having extra tube would drive me mad
Thanks. It was kinda funny. I had to pull everything apart after the initial build so I could glue it all together. I found where all the missing pieces went.
Pvc glue maybe?
I came back and glued it together. But I just needed to make sure it all fit correctly first. Thanks for watching.

I can't imagine having to use that saw to cut down big old growth trees.
Is the next tubulum video coming out soon?
Coming Soon. Yes. I've gotten sidetracked with a few things lately. Need to get back to it. I'm like a squirrel sometimes.
@@homestead_diy Ok! Thanks!
@@coltinithegreat What are you interested in seeing? I did the paddle build and comparison to using the flip-flop.
Mostly the tuning and such, im thinking about making one of my own.
@@coltinithegreat OK. Thaks for the feedback. I did create a Discord server to discuss BMG music and building instruments. But I don't really have any members yet. Feel free to check it out.
Is the next tubulum video coming out soon?
Thanks for watching. Yes, hopefully coming soon...
My dad had one just like it. I used it in the late 60's/early 70's with matching auger bits and made a few bird houses with it. Used a chart of hole sizes that attracted certain birds. I'm 64 now and I believe my brother has it now.
@@ChessIsJustAGame awesome.

I thought long and hard about what color to pain them. But I like the look of the older Blue Man Group PVC Instruments that were white. Looks like the newer ones are painted with paint that glows under black lights. But they still look white until then. Thanks for watching.
Condition
It is old and wore out. But I’ll keep it until I’m gone.
A new brake is a lot cheaper than reattaching your thumb
Yeah. My dad lost a finger (not on a table saw). I saw how it impacted him. I don’t want that.
The table saw the only thing i dont like is the slight wobble in that wobbly ass stand.
Thanks for the comment. Haven’t noticed it on mine. I’m sure it wobbles more than a nice cabinet saw. But I needed the portability when I bought it. I’ve got a dedicated space now. But haven’t talked myself into upgrading yet.
I think there's a special tip for clay
@@deanwright9167 thanks for watching.
Thanks for the video it works 🎉
Thanks for watching. Glad it helped.
Sorry, but this is exactly why I am not interested in a Sawstop. $100 to make your saw work when you did nothing wrong??? Then, if you cannot purchase a new brake within a reasonable amount of time, you can wait a few weeks for the newly tested brake to arrive, then continue with your project. And of course we've all heard stories of the brake going off for no apparent reason. Another $100 to continue. Also, I'm much more concerned with kick-back versus putting hotdogs through the blade. Too expensive for the one RARE case of bad table saw practice. I'm happy you have a good experience with them either way. I'm sure they're an excellent company. I know they make a very nice saw, but there are others I would opt for first, without the safety tech.
Thanks for the comment. Ironically I've never tripped the brake with my fingers. I'm pretty careful. But it is worth the extra money just for that security. My dad lost a finger (not on a table saw), but I did witness how it changed his life. So I wanted to do whatever I could to help ensure it didn't happen to me. If I had an option for my miter saw and router, I'd likely purchase something there. But to each his own. I'm sure tons of people have opted for a "normal" table saw and kept their fingers.
My SawStop stopped working. I called SawStop they said I need a new brake. I bought one and it did nothing so they sent me a switch for free. I switched the switch and that still didn't fix it so SawStop sent me a new motor! Finally my saw worked again. SawStop sent me both of those parts for free even though my warranty expired by 8 months
Great to hear. As I said, I was totally impressed with their support.
I have no interest in supporting a company that charges more than what I paid for my first car for a spinning, sharp wheel with 1/96th the horsepower of said car who refuses to lease the patent to other tool makers and sues anyone who makes similar but different tech. Sawstop's greed is literally wounding and maiming people everyday. In 1959, Nils Bohlin patented the 3-point seat belt. He gave away the patent to save lives. Imagine how many lives/livelihoods this tech could save if Sawstop wasn't greedy (along with many other companies, but I digress). Even if it became law that you could only buy Sawstop table saws, I would rather take my chances with a blackmarket 1970s Craftsman with no splitter and bad bearings than pay Sawstop the ransom of a 1989 Buick Regal.
I get it. Totally your choice. Thanks for the comment.
