To be fair as a tradesmen I see no burnt out lights, or LED signs. All the doors, panels, and other metal fixings in the tunnel look alright or brand new. I'd say the only reason this particular tunnel looks so dank is because the paint is old and peeling off the masonry. The old ass train isn't helping either.
The flooring looks like it hasn't been changed since the 90s too, so add that to the list.
