This looks so cool, what’s the best type of fat you’ve found to use so far?
Thanks! I’ve used all sorts but I’d say probably beef tallow is the best. Particularly stuff that has been cut from dry aged beef which you’ve then rendered down.
Very much enjoyed Raymondo's appearance in this, great tips I'll be trying out myself! Maybe you could try something similar with that fake steak too?
