    책 잘 읽고 있습니다! 티 블렌딩 테크닉 책에 보니까 카카오닙스를 넣는 레시피가 있어서 이리저리 시험해보고 있는데 카카오닙스에서 기름기가 배어나오는건 어떻게 할 방법이 없을까 싶어서 덧글 남깁니다!

    너무 포괄적으로 말씀하시는데 정리해서 말씀드리자면 중국 남쪽 운남성은 자사호라는 것을 주로 사용하고 희토류로 굽습니다. 반면 한국 다구는 황토로 만들구요. 그냥 단순히 재료만 보더라도 재료수준에서도 확연하게 차이가납니다. 또한 중국 자사호는 한국 도자기와 다르게 유명한 사람이 만들고 오래 쓸수록 가격이 계속 상승합니다. 실제로 중국 경매시장에서 죽은 사람 무덤에서 발굴된 자사호가 억단위를 호가한다고 합니다. 한국도자기는 쓸수록 중고로 취급됩니다. 중국식 다구라고 정정하시는게 맞는듯합니다.

    홍차는 80도 이상에서 우리면 쓴맛이 진해져서 70도정도로 우리라는데 어떤게 맞는건가요

    너무 너무 맛있는데요? 밀티는 원래 떫은맛이 있나보다 했어요 그래도 맛있으니까요 그런데 안끓이니까 엄청 부드럽네요 만들기도 쉽고요 전 600ml에 홍차 30,설탕 150넣었어요 홍차 넘 진하면 카페인땜 몸이 힘들어서요;;; 카페인을 넘 좋아하는데 뮴은 카페인을 싫어해서 아파요 ㅠㅠ 암튼 설탕 150 넣었는데도 저한텐 많이 달아요 흉차가 약해서 그럴까요?;;; 다음에는 600에 홍차 40, 설탕120 넣어서 만들어봐여겠어요 향이 너무너무 좋고 부드럽고 떫은맛도 없네요! 감사해요!!

    방금 주문한 우롱차가 도착해서 정보좀 얻으려고 왔는데, 정작 제일중요한 물온도, 차의 양(그램),물의 양, 우리는 시간 같은 정보는 하나도 없고, 그냥 감으로 하시고, 제눈에는 아무의미도없는 불필요한 행위들이 참 많아보이네요… 특히 잔 비비면서 향맡을때 진짜 어이없어서 헛웃음만 나오더군요ㅋㅋㅋ
