I would say after watching this and hearing this that as I continuously integrate my shadow the core of my practice has become the healing energy of the Dog. I approach my waking reality from a place of loving kindness. I realized that I was choosing my reactions to all situations and allowing my emotions to dictate my actions. Once I realized this, I practiced distancing my emotions from my actions. As I built a bit of space between the stimuli, emotion and reaction/action I was able to then choose from where my actions would come from. I ask myself often what is the kindest most loving way I can react. What is the most kind way I can acknowledge this situation. This practice has made my waking experience so much more joyful and fulfilling. When I find myself in any situation where I’m not reacting from this beautiful loving place then I have found where there is more work to be done. Thank you so much Christa Lynn for this layer of confirmation and validation. I appreciate you so very much. ❤

I did a healing Dolphin meditation that was very powerful for me once. I had found it on TH-cam. I was recently compelled to try it again and couldn't find it. I like that Dolphins are seen to be as smart if not smarter than us. They must think we are pretty ridiculous haha. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful healing energy Christa Lynn. I’ve been resuscitated 3 times…and had to have my heart jolted all three. In a coma for a week…. I was legit watching myself. My second marriage and it snowballed. But it’s how my spiritual awakening started…I’m working my way out of it now. 🥹I’ve been doing courses for the last 4 years trying to find which path feels right and this one is where I’m at. Hummingbirds have been strong in the physical world.

Thank you. Today Is thankgiving & my grandmother was so entirely nasty to me about my choice to let go of my toxic father last year. I cried on the way home asking my pops (who died 20yrs ago but if alive none of this vile evil behavior would be happening) I just wanted to visit her to make her not feel lonely today, instead she stated "your only here because you have no where else to go" and out of the blue when letting her know if I owned a home by now at 35 I would have dinners at my home, but was met with "you're not married so no I'm not helping you buy a house" I just seen a small deer on my way home ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 Thank you for this Christa

I was extremely blessed to have the wolf, that spirit, that energy, be infused with me in my first soul retrieval this year. It's more so helped me reconnect with my masculinity and gender, how family is important, etc. I've learned that it takes time to manifest but it's always there. Forever grateful to have been chosen by it.

I have been seriously thinking about doing this. I did have a near death experience while I was still in my mom's tummy which led me to have some birth defects, I also am able to see and sense Spirits and speak to them as well. Sometimes I can look at a person and can sense the good or bad in them and sometimes I get messages from ones who passed on, I have helped many Spirits Crossover in my lifetime. I'm not sure if this qualifies me to become a shaman or not?

Must say ,Thursday i had an injerd butterfly land on my right shoulder as i was waiting to pick up my kids from school,a 2 yr old was fasinated and tred to love it,her mom got her to put it down on wall it fell off and landed between the wall and fence couldnt get out and wasnt moving,so 2 mins my daughter comes and simply got her to help me to get the little butterfly,i felt spirit upon me the entire time ,my hands felt electric but didnt acknowledge anything els but as i grabbed the wings and carefully got it out from the wall and fence i lifted my hand to give to my daughter to say hello to this little butterfly, again i very quickly felt that power in my hands but my heart i hurd like a drum but i was very calm ,it flew up very high and i thought wow as i saw it going higher and higher i actually heald the injured 🦋, it was black brown and white spots ❤ the crowd was there but then we was alone with what happened im in shock with what happened but never forget it then now i came across this video so i had to share ❤ id also like to introduce myself ,dreamwalker spiritwolf grandfather of blackelk ❤❤❤❤

I had an experience in the early summer where I encountered an emergence of Northern Swallowtail Butterfles. There were so many of them. I actually was able to hold hands with one of them for awhile. I spent the period since being far more aware of the intelligence of Butterflies. As I watch our very first snow fall and begin to cover the ground here in Nova Scotia this morning that warm memory is very welcome. Thank you Christa Lynn. I sure do appreciate you.
