how do you know that the angle formed between the origin and A is pi/4?
because cos of 45 degrees or Pi/4 is root(2)/2. You should know sin, cos, tan for 30,45,60
This is really helpful thanks :D Can I ask why at 4:06 you put 7/10 outside?
Because in formulas P(B) means "of all circle B" and is equal to A and B plus B only.
Nice video
nice video easy to understand
Excellent
hi, great video as I considered subscribing and liking. I do have a question, if there was no string pulling X (meaning no tension force) would the minimum force be just 6N?
Thank you! If there was no string, the minimum force would be just 6N, but if you increase F, at some moment, X will start to slide. It seems to be 12N. How to find this 12 is here th-cam.com/video/tZyzgJbTnZs/w-d-xo.html
@@mathsphysicstutor6543 yes I have seen that video, and its very helpful! thanks for the quick reply. Appreciate your work and keep it up!
1 + cis(2θ) = cis(θ)[cis(θ) + cis(-θ)] since cisα.cisβ = cis(α + β) and 1 = cis0. = 2cos(θ)cis(θ) since cis(θ) + cis(-θ) = 2cos(θ) |z| = 2cos(θ) since -π/2 < θ < π/2 Arg(z) = θ
very helpful!
Hi! Can you post videos of solving problems on the topic of conic sections and polar curves? This is not IB but it is taught in university... and your teaching style helps me the most!
I can give you useful books with examples on these topics.
@@mathsphysicstutor6543 I would appreciate that
this is so hard but you make it look easy. thank you sir.
My pleasure!
Proof by induction is a great chapter.
Excellent explanation.
Very good explanation. Quite clearly illustrative for students.
thank you so much for this, bro is single handedly saving my midterms
My pleasure!
my brain hurts
That's what I was looking for, thanks❤
Can you please include a picture of the question in the description when you post the videos
Publishing of any printed material is prohibited by IB. I suggest that student has a past paper and can read it parallelly. If you need a past paper, I can give you.
Reply please
I think you need to improve some things in your videos , i think we need to communicate once
Hi
Sir if you want to grow your channel can communicate once
Thank you very much. Your videos are extremely helpful.
My pleasure!
Hi, in 1:00 why did you skip the 2sin(2theta) in the denominator and instead immediately wrote sin(2theta)??
Because a single fraction is equal to zero when numerator=0 and denominator cannot be zero. Or, as you like, you may do cross multiplication and gen the same.
I just want to say thank you for videos. For these past weeks of preparation they really helped me review on the material and help me pass on my exam (paper 2 still destroyed me though) Your content is very useful and well organized. Thank you for creating this channel!
My pleasure!
thanks a lot sir it really helped

I did this paper a few days ago. Can I ask if you think was it easier relative to the other years or more difficult? Personally I thought it was manageable
I didn't see papers. My student said that it was not difficult. But the better papers are done the greater grade boundaries will be (I think).
27:07 Shouldn't it be negative 79/42?
yes, negative. Coordinates of the point K are correct.
so hard
This is incredibly helpful, thank you!
My pleasure!
Your videos are very helpful. Thank you!

Thank you very much :)

Saved my life
the answer of the first question is not available in the options of the paper
Yes, my fault. Definitely, there are 2 squares out of 5 not a half. It's an overdose of caffeine. Q1 there must be delta v=0.8 not 1 and then %U=0.8/8=10%.
please don't stop posting I have been really enjoying ur videos they are very helpful, even little descriptions on how to solve hard questions is making studying for exams way easier!
Thank you! Your videos are amazing revision before the exam
Can you solve Q7, 13 and 30 from Physics HL - 2023 May TZ1 Paper 1 ?
it's a quite easy question. You should know that potential is related to energy so is a scalar (not vector) quantity, so always plus!!! using a formula from a data booklet V=-GM/r. So just -Gm/d+-G2m/2d=-2Gm/d. Field strength (g=GM/r^2) is related to force so it's a vector quantity. Field strength at a point produced by some mass is a vector directed to this mass (because there is always attraction between masses) and the resulting field produced by two masses at a point will be a vector sum and since vectors are in opposite directions, you need difference. Or you may just understand that some mass at X will be attracted to the left and to the right so you need difference Gm/(d^2) - G2m/(2d)^2= Gm/2d^2 and is directed to P because field strength g produced by P is greater. It means if you put a mass M at X it will be attracted to P with a force Mg.
@@mathsphysicstutor6543 Thanks!

hi sir, if it is said to find the area of the rectangular shape you draw in the argand diagram, what should we do?
I don't understand what you mean, for this question area not required to be found. In general, you may be asked to find some area represented on the Argand diagram. It will be bounded or constructed by points or line segments represented by complex numbers. You can find lengths or angles from coordinated and using usual formulas area can be found.
An easier way to do part h ii would've been to let n = 2, in which case you would have the expression: f3(x) + f1(x) = 2xf2(x). I suggest this since f1(x) is rather straightforward, f2(x) has also been previously calculated, and thus f3(x) is very simply found (and you get to skip solving for f4(x) :D). Great video!
Definitely, it would be easier. And, actually, there is n=2 in a markscheme.
Thanks! I need this, please keep going to make another videos!!

thank you sir!
