after few try error, im success to fix error 1) cant print from phone 2) non stop print, thank you turn on your printer, press 8 second print button non stop then turn off, turn on back till blink red, wait 2 times blink red release press print. press 1 times print button after that appear mode CPCL turn off your printer, press print button non stop agains, turn on the printer wait red blink, then wait till 2 times red blink release print button. press 1 times print button after that appear CPCL mean you success reset the printer 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
