❤ When I was twenty two years old I set a personal record doing six hundred fifty body weight squats in one hour ❤ I really wasn't that sore that day after but the next day and for the next four days it was all I could do just to be able to get up off the toilet, out of a chair and could barely walk without collapsing ❤

❤. I'm been doing twenty two squats while holding a nineteen pound stone every morning for four years and an average of seventeen pushups every morning as well . A twenty five pound steel barbell plate that I do curls with one hand and then the other doing around thirty with each hand every third day and I am sixty five now. I am so dedicated to my exercise regimen that it is like second nature and I just do it in the morning before I go anywhere and it sets me feeling really good with the rest of the day ❤

I was doing pretty much the same thing as you except I was using two 20 pound dumbbells while I did my 25 squats. Did that for years, and one day when I was midway through my set and my lower back suddenly felt like I ruptured a disc or something. I had sciatica for about a month after that and stopped using the weights from then on. I'm 69 now.

30 squats every day from doing nothing ? I don't think so. What you do is you ease yourself into it and be sensible using 30 squats a day as your GOAL not a starting point.

If you can’t do 3 squats on the hour for 10 hours you need to be in the emergency room. Then 5 for 6 hours, 10 for 3 hours until you can do a full 30 in a single set.

It's not about estrogen, your whole body starts to fall apart when you age because of dna failing to replicate, we are programmed to die at a certain age. Of your words were true men would instantly evaporate 😂 women with PCOS have less estrogen in their bodies and they live up to 90-100 like others do. Your logic is so flawed.

If you look at the latest studies, while training to failure promotes muscle growth, it’s actually probably best to leave one or two reps in the tank for most sets, and then only hit failure on the last set. It promotes the max amount of muscle growth that way.

I fell down a flight of carpeted stairs around 30 years ago. My tail bone gives me a lot of hurt sometimes. My Dr said this doesn’t help as it just goes back, he said surgery to take it off still leaves pain. He suggested a special cushion seat, I haven’t received it yet. But yeah he said that it was thought sticking a finger up the butt and pushing it back in place was a thing. But it just reverses. So no I don’t think this guy is a pervert. He’s trying to help but I’m told it’s temporary and will go back to where it was. I got told by a different Dr years ago that it could snap off in child birth. I had identical twins so had a c section and didn’t have to worry. All the best to all of you who get this. It sucks!
