Are you referring to the weapon I have? If so it’s not the Radagon axe it’s called Prelate’s inferno crozier.

Hard to counter a surprise dragon breath attack with elden stars though.

@@sphony I usually use golden land first to keep the player dodge rolling giving me enough time to use Elden Stars, or use the 3 rings incantation since they're a pain to dodge and quick to spam Maybe use the relic sword ash of war when Elden Stars are active Anything to punish these kinds of players

Yep it’s cool. This is NG+ I died several times trying to practice backstabs on him. I was frustrated by this point and decided to end him and yes the AI is pretty smart on red phantoms.

@@sphony strange, I don’t remember him dealing much damage at all, I am also on ng+, journey 2 I find the AI kinda struggles with the Blade Dance ash of war since it staggers them very easily on the Flamberge

I was trying to backstab him but I couldn’t get positioned right to do so. I didn’t expect the bubble to end him though.

@@Croagge I have the blue feather branchsword equipped. It raises your defense when your health is low.

@@PuddleWaterBH yeah I know I pulled it off with two other colossal weapons three times. Once with the rot axe and twice with the giant red hammer. Was trying to do it with this one but he was two fast for me here.

@@sphony I have only killed him by myself in the 1st playthrough then for science i have the crab killed him in different ways after that, with positioning the crab should be behind him while they both chasing the player, in my 2nd playthrough he was smashed by the crab punch, 3rd he was water gunned down, 4th he died to blight from the crab, my ideas sprout after the flower accidentally kill a merchant in Sofia river ...

@@Wyrdist True, they tend to have better magical skills than weapon skills in general.

@@TheRealShiruken wym magical skills ? Like better spells or they’re better at spells? I feel like they overlook the extremely meta ones and go for the really cool looking PvE ones that are punishable. Just an assumption tho, I never tried PvP outside of meta level. I probably should. The only reason I haven’t is because I thought it would die really soon

What’s boring about it to you?

The sweat. Sweatiest pvp of all the souls games imo so far :) hate it because even in low level people are over geared and sweaty af against new players so you gotta twink back even in a duel lol. Only pokes and stun locks left and right, zero tolerance to trying out a themed or simple fun build.

@@sphony no i enjoy elden more but the twinks are way too many and dont leave room for experimentation and fun. Its only about the hardest hits and meta items. Well at least in invasions, maybe colloseum is different now, havent tried it since 2 weeks after launch 3v3 was dead :/ that was the most fun i had in pvp. Now i just try to coop and help people with the overpowered twinks in low lvl. Basically they all suck at the game and need the most advantage they can but if a single guy has the same setup they disconnect at the sight of it. Really shows what kind of player they are :) dont get me wrong, gankers are just as low. But this is just not fun anymore, always having to resort to the same 3 op strats if you cant get a hit with lets say single straight sword or great curveds. You know the meta is just cheesing your opponents with thrusting swords and halberds :/

@@kevinsrw pvp was fun at launch then it devolved to spamming broken shit and meta weapons, sadly that happened a lot with ds3 as well, just the nature of the games

It actually takes approximately 2 seconds. The recovery may not be that great but the heal can outperform any damage you do and it's an extremely short cast.
