oh that's pretty good, keep up the good work. don't get mad about dying it's pretty normal in hardmode, don't use strats that are too hard (some strats that peoples find themself are actually harder AND slower than other strats, I did that) and you will get better run with time. if you got any question or need tips don't hesitate to ask on discord or something

I'm cheating personally, but usually peoples have this for that reason: this is a fast reset, it happen at almost every room. we press the fast reset button (it's a keybind in the game setting) and it reset the whole room. but sometime the character position is farther away than the enter room position (like at 2:56 for example) at 10:47, the moto section, we can fast reset when we see the saving logo at the bottom right. it skip the whole transition part which take a few seconds to change the background

they die automatically cause of the cart so it's okay the rules are "The only kills that are allowed are the initial bullet deflect at the start of the run, and any minecart kills in Doom 1 & 2."

Same here, most of my resets were in the first 30 seconds or so. You don’t need to worry about me at least. I’m on a business trip and can’t even get OBS to work on my laptop haha. If I go for a faster time it’ll be after the contest ends. There aren’t many optimizations left tbh so it will be really tough beating this time. Good luck though!

Yeah that’s where like 90% of my resets are lol After hours of grinding I tied your run, I also got a 4:05. You set a really high bar. Idk what’s gonna happen if neither of us beat it before the deadline

There a few minor mistake (the biggest one being on the last room where i missed the grab) but overall very nice. It will be bit hard to beat indeed

Was just about to say this. Used Chronos to perfection.

Yes it was. Its called null skip and i use chronos to be faster and not let anywone reach the sensor. Tje slow motion itself isnt necesary but chronos change the physics of the game. Like you jump higher, and when you go through doors your faster
