Hiking near Houston
Join us this week as we hike to Lake Conroe from Trailhead #6 on the Lone Star Hiking Trail in the Sam Houston National Forest! Our hike from the parking lot to the lake was only .6 of a mile and offered stunning forest views, we think this is a beautiful hiking option if you are in the Greater Houston area!

Whats the prices?
We had a coupon and ended up paying a total of $358.01 with taxes and fees for our room (including water park entry). Parking was an extra $15. I do believe the prices shift though and they offer various coupons, so prices can vary!

It really was! Or favorite part was the water park and specifically the 5 person water slides!

New to this channel, but how does when you went on the yellow body slide you went pretty slow but when I went on it I went so fast
@@itsjuju1932 Welcome to our channel! It was fun but it was a lot slower than the other body slide for me. I’m also 180lbs and was wearing a shirt so idk if that made a difference. lol
We visited Texas for the first time last year and went to Truth , the brisket and the home made sausages were soooo good best brisket I’ve ever had , the pork ribs were ok , I think Chilis ribs are just as good , the Brussel sprouts and banana pudding were outstanding
🙌 Hope you had a great time in Texas!! We are obsessed with the brussel sprouts, mac-n-cheese, and tres leches! We also enjoy the ribs, sausage, and brisket! I can’t stop ordering the tres leches so I haven’t had a chance to try the banana pudding! lol 😊
