Eden is my home town. I was born and raised there. My momma and brothers and sister still live there with their families right down the road from the mill. On the cookblock. I left there 14 years ago.

The world followed this case from the moment American news outlets began covering the missing pregnant wife and children. It was shocking to hear what that evil man had done. It was impossible to understand the cruelty of a supposedly loving father. The Rzuceks are very active Catholics and the funeral service was held in a beautiful Catholic Church in North Carolina. The burial site is beautiful. RIP Shanann, Bella, Celeste and Nico.
