Ok so wei ying is the ward of JFM and he wasn't officially adopted nor does JFM and YZ see him as their child. JFM see his as a nephew while YZ hates him. JY see him as a brother YES but they aren't related.. With LS both lan zhan and wei ying consider him as a child. Therefore i don't see a relationship between Jin ling and sizhui as cousins
ok dont kill me but wei ying is considered jin lings uncle right, making lan zhan also jin lings unlce, and a-yuan is meant to be wangxians son, would that not make jin ling and a yuan socially cousins or am i overthinking

Jingyi and him have the same dynamic as jiang cheng and wei ying to me. They seem like besties, always bickering and fighting like brothers , but personally im more of an opposites attract type of girl so i feel like jin ling’s honesty and forwardness and sizhui’s serene and thoughtful personality would complement each other very nicely. But Tbh i can see every one of junior quartet being shipped w/each other though. They’re all cute together.

Not exactly- it’s hard honestly with the Jin’s+wei wuxian technically being not adopted by the jiangs-I maybe thought so too before, idk how to explain, i think there was a post on it before tho!

I think from what I remember Jin Ling is Wei Wuxian’s sister’s son (although Wei Wuxian is adopted) and Lan Sizhui is the adopted son (not officially) of Wei Wuxian and Lan wangji. So they are technically cousins but have no blood ties to speak of and didn’t really grow up as relatives either. Then again everyone in the MDZS universe is somehow related to each other (I’m not sure if I remember correctly tho).

Technically no. WWX was breeded as the Jians's brother, just as WWX is like LSZ's unofficial adoptive father, but there is no blood connection between JL and LSZ and they were not either breeded as cousins despite the fraternal relationship of his parents, so... they're not cousins in any way

well wei wuxian isn't actually related to jiang cheng, and a-yuan is originally from the wen sect, and they weren't raised as cousins, so the two don't share any blood relations and aren't related at all
