Who Was Cain’s Wife? A Biblical Answer
Who was Cain’s wife? The Bible provides answers that reveal God’s wisdom and purpose for humanity. Cain’s wife was likely a close relative-a sister or niece-necessary in the early generations to fulfill God’s command to “be fruitful and multiply” (Genesis 1:28). Initially, family marriages were allowed, as Adam and Eve’s genetic purity minimized risks. However, by the time of Moses, God forbade close family unions in Leviticus 18, establishing moral and genetic boundaries. This study dives into Scripture to explain why God permitted such unions initially and how His laws safeguard humanity’s well-being.

Great video, I have a question is the Book of Life and the Lambs Book of Life the same? My thoughts were the Book of Life was before the cross with the believing saints and this current time the church age the Lambs Book of Life?
In context, they appear to be the same book at the Great White Thrown Judgement. Revelation 20:15 and Revelation 21:27 both speak of a book used for the final judgment. Revelation 13:18 really ties it all together.
The bible says he was LIKE the Lord
Made like the Son of God. I talk about this in the video and how that phrase is more than just "like". The word translated as "made like" means to be an exact representation.
If alcohol is a gift from God, how can that be a sin? Over indulgence is gluttony, thats the sin.
The Bible doesn't say all gluttons go to Hell, but it does say all drunkards do. It is more than just overindulgence. Alcohol has long been referred to as "spirits", because it seems to change your spirit. That is why the Bible says do not be drunk with wine, but be filled (led) by the Spirit. (Holy Spirit).
@GodsUnforsaken Couldn't I as a Catholic confess this Sin, be forgiven and therefore go to heaven? I suppose it's really up to the denomination.
The truth is the truth regardless of what denomination. Yes, if you repent and turn from drunkeness and ask God for forgiveness, He will forgive your sins, and you will go to Heaven. But here is the hard part, you actually have to be sorry and not just acknowledge you did wrong, but stop doing it. If someone steals from your wallet and then says sorry but keeps on doing it. You would probably conclude he isn't sorry. He is just saying that, but doesn't actually mean it.
@GodsUnforsaken Yes but the comparison of some other person rather than our creator is a bit different. Of course addicts want to stop and speaking from experience once physically need a substance to survive, prayer and willpower don't stop withdrawal
Now we know why you are not invited to the holiday block party..... 🥱
Hey, I'm a fun guy. I don't need a drink to have fun.
Jesus in the flesh 😮? The second coming happened already, £@¢&, we all got left behind 😢😢😢😢😢😢!!!!!
A Christophany is an appearance of God the Son before He became a man. We see Jesus throughout the Old Testament. As for the rapture, it has not happened, and we are most definitely not living in the millennial kingdom. Is Jesus ruling and reigning in Jereusalem? Is this the 1,000 years of peace? I know there are some people that say we are living in the Millenial Kingdom because they feel like we have been lied to about history, which is true to an extent. However, that does not mean we missed the rapture.
Have you read Pope Paul VI’s encyclical, Humanae Vitae? A beautiful written and insightful encyclical.
I have not, but I do know the catholic church is against IVF as an official stance.
@ Yes, and the only Church that does not accept divorce or contraception in its official teaching.
Or they were both poisoned🤷🏽♂️
Maybe..... but they both died when confronted and immediately? Doesn't sound like poison.
@@GodsUnforsaken The Bible is never clear. Perhaps they had a ceremonial drink prior. First off if this ever happened it didn’t happen by any superpowers or Holt Spirit bcuz while Christians believe in the entire dialogue of a murdering God then that defeats the purpose…especially in the NT. At this point anyone who professes Christianity needs to defend this type of character bcuz if God murdered someone for not giving all the money in the NT period of “grace” after the crucifixion…your God hasn’t gotten any better than he did in the OT…and is still in need of anger management counseling. Let’s just say lying denying Peter poisoned someone tryna look super spiritual bcuz that is most likely what it really was trust me.
Acts 5 covers it all. Ananias and Sapphira lied to the Holy Spirit. They were killed by GOD. In the book of Genesis 19 vs 26 we see that Lot's wife couldn't follow directions and she became a pillar of salt. So the moral of the stories is don't lie and do as you're told.
While you very well may be correct, I do explain a few observations that keep us from being dogmatic about it.
@@GodsUnforsakenThat’s a good intention but if we read the Bible freely we should look at the document…and question if we are correct in stating that “God said” in place of, “the Bible said.” It never sounds Godly and loving when we read the book. We should be free to use our human God-given common sense to decipher what we need to out of this example of the God we all sense in our hearts…and all humans have been given this not by deception but thru nature. Also, the early believers experienced immediate struggles thru the ranks and quickly fought over position and power. We have to stick with history instead of hoping to be correct.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I appreciate the desire to approach Scripture with thoughtfulness and to avoid being overly rigid. However, the Bible itself declares, 'All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness' (2 Timothy 3:16, NKJV). This means that when we say, 'God said,' we are affirming that the Bible is His revealed Word and not merely a historical document or human interpretation. As for using our God-given sense, it's important to remember that our hearts can be 'deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked' (Jeremiah 17:9, NKJV). We must allow the Holy Spirit and the Word to guide us, not our feelings or natural inclinations alone. Regarding the struggles of early believers, yes, they faced challenges, as do we, but the truth of God's Word remains the same through history and cannot be subject to personal reinterpretation. I encourage you to continue seeking His truth in humility and prayer.
Interesting commentary and correctly underscores the main points of the account, regardless of what actually caused their actual deaths.
Some things will just remain a mystery, but it is good to examine the text and think these things through. Thank you for the encouragement.
You got Noah's ark, but there is also the children of God passing through the red sea, and the mikveh baths before going into the temple. Awsome explanation. Thank you.
Those are both great foreshadows of the future baptism to come. Thank you for sharing and your encouragement. God Bless.
As a Catholic, I’m obliged to believe Adam is a real person who committed an actual sin. However, I’m not obliged by the Church to be a fundamentalist. Faith and reason cannot contradict one another. And I find no contradiction between the sacred author’s creation account in Genesis, and the reality of biological evolution. I highly recommend, “The Divine Project” by Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, aka Pope Benedict XVI, and C. S. Lewis’ chapter on the fall in his, “The Problem of Pain.” It seems to me you’re asking questions that the sacred author of Genesis wasn’t asking.
I'm not asking any questions, I am telling you what the Bible and Science says. Evolution has been debunked in every single field of science. It isn't remotely a possibility. Name one area of science that "proves" evolution and I will show you without a shadow of a doubt those conclusions are wrong. Evolutionism is a cult religion from people who hate God.
@ I would say DNA is pretty good evidence that we share a common ancestor with chimpanzees. But be that as it may, your faith would seem to crumble were evolution “proven” to be true. It just doesn’t pose a problem for me as a Catholic, even though, again, I accept that Adam and Eve were our first parents. Perhaps it would be helpful to leave you with a thought from St. Augustine: “In matters that are obscure and far beyond our vision, even in such as we may find treated in Holy Scripture, different Interpretations are sometimes possible without prejudice to the faith we have received. In such a case, we should not rush in headlong and so firmly take our stand on one side that, if further progress in the search of truth justly undermines this position, we too fall with it. That would be to battle not for the teaching of Holy Scripture but for our own, wishing its teaching to conform to ours, whereas we ought to wish ours to conform to that of Sacred Scripture.”
@Democracyofthedead Thank you for sharing your thoughts. While some suggest that DNA is evidence of a shared ancestor with chimpanzees, a closer look at the complexity of our DNA reveals otherwise. The human genome and chimpanzee genome, though superficially similar, have vast differences. These differences include over 150 million base pairs, structural variations, and entirely human-specific genes that are not found in chimpanzees. These gaps are too vast for a common ancestry to be scientifically plausible, even with evolutionary timeframes. Instead, any similarities in DNA reflect a common Creator who designed all living beings with efficiency and order, just as an artist might use similar techniques in different masterpieces. More importantly, Scripture gives us a clear account of our origins. Genesis 1 plainly states that God created everything in six days and rested on the seventh, a framework that sets the foundation for the Sabbath and God’s authority as Creator. Adam and Eve were real, historical individuals. The Bible not only affirms this but gives us a direct genealogy tracing from Adam to Jesus Christ (Luke 3:23-38), showing that they are central to God’s redemptive plan. To question this clear biblical teaching undermines the very Gospel message. Romans 5:12 reminds us that sin entered the world through Adam, and salvation comes through Jesus, the second Adam. Evolution does not fit within the framework of Scripture. We should conform our understanding to God's Word, not reinterpret Scripture to fit human theories. Here are some specific examples of the vast differences between the human and chimpanzee genomes that prove the idea of a common ancestor is scientifically impossible: Chromosome Count: Humans have 23 pairs of chromosomes, while chimpanzees have 24 pairs. Evolutionists propose that human chromosome 2 resulted from the fusion of two ancestral ape chromosomes. However, this fusion model has serious flaws, such as the lack of necessary genetic markers or functions expected in a fused chromosome. Human-Specific Genes: Humans possess many unique genes not found in chimpanzees at all. For example: HAR (Human Accelerated Regions): Over 200 regions of the human genome are highly distinct from chimps, particularly related to brain development. These regions are not seen in any other species. FOXP2: The gene associated with human speech and language is uniquely expressed in humans and has key differences from its chimpanzee counterpart, which is not functional in the same way. Gene Expression Differences: Even where genes appear similar, the way they are used (expressed) is drastically different. For example: Brain Development: Genes involved in the development of the human cerebral cortex are uniquely active and regulated in humans, giving us our distinct intellectual capacities. Immune System: Humans and chimps have very different immune responses, with many immune-related genes completely unique to humans. Structural Differences: Humans and chimps differ in large-scale structural variations in their DNA. For instance: Alu Elements: Humans have over 1 million copies of these short DNA sequences, many of which are entirely absent in chimpanzees. These play crucial roles in regulating gene expression and genome stability. Endogenous Retroviruses (ERVs): Humans have many unique ERV sequences not shared with chimps, and vice versa. This contradicts the idea of a shared ancestor. Y-Chromosome Disparity: The human Y chromosome (male-specific DNA) is only about 70% similar to the chimpanzee Y chromosome. This is a massive divergence, comparable to the differences seen between humans and entirely unrelated species. Mitochondrial DNA: Mitochondrial DNA, inherited only through the mother, is also significantly different between humans and chimps, showing a far greater gap than what would be expected from a supposed shared ancestry. These genetic differences highlight that humans and chimpanzees were not derived from a common ancestor but were uniquely created by God, as the Bible describes. Any similarities in design reflect the hand of the same Creator, just as a master architect may use similar materials in different buildings. Genesis 1:27 says, "So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them." This uniqueness is not just spiritual but reflected in our very DNA.
@@GodsUnforsaken Did you not read my comment? That Adam and Eve were historical persons is a dogma of the Catholic faith.
Do you believe it? Because in the very same breath you try to prove evolution to be true. Either you are a cosmic accident created by nothing, or you are a special and unique creation that is love by God. We can go over the implications of each if you would like.
What’s your views on artificial contraception?
I would be against it, as I get my morals from what God says is right and wrong. Life begins at fertilization (proven scientific fact). And procedures like IVF fertilize several eggs and then destroy unused ones. It is murder, no different than abortion. It doesn't matter if the baby is 1 day old, 1 week old, or 15 years old. A person is a person, and killing an innocent person is murder.
Wife definitely behind the camera
Haha, nope. Its just what the Bible says.
Catholic Church put the Bible Together so what u are saying is that you following a non Christian book ?
The Bible was not "put together" by the Catholic Church. The Old Testament was written and recognized as Scripture long before the church existed, and the New Testament writings were authored by apostles and early disciples in the first century. The early church councils (such as the Council of Carthage) only recognized what was already accepted by the broader Christian community as inspired Scripture. This was not a decision made by the Roman Catholic Church but by the early, universal (catholic, meaning "universal" with a lowercase "c") body of believers. It's important to note that Scripture itself declares its divine inspiration (2 Timothy 3:16-17), and the writings were preserved through God's providence, not through any single denomination or institution.
Look up the Scofield Bible (influenced all current Bibles. You will look at your Bible differently.
Oh yes, I am very familiar with the Scofield.
As per Jesus (Mark 3:29), blasphemy against the Holy Spirit can occur only once because it is unforgiveable. If “blasphemy against the Holy Spirit” is insulting Him for consistently prodding people to be saved was unforgiveable, no one could ever be forgiven. Many people reject salvation numerous times during their lifetime until, hopefully, they accept the surrogate sacrifice of Jesus’ Blood as payment for their sins. If blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is rejecting salvation, the first time one rejects such invitation from God, it could never be forgiven. Therefore, the latter cannot be true. Complete context defines this subject, but many who discuss this issue ignored Mark 3:30. Ponder this: How many times did you - the reader of this thesis - personally reject salvation before you were washed by the Blood of the Lamb and received the indwelling Holy Spirit? Only the Holy Spirit knows how many times He was rejected and slandered before one accepted salvation - but He forgave them - more than once.
Thank you for your comment. I appreciate the depth of thought here. Let’s clarify what Jesus is saying in Mark 3:28-30 (NKJV): “Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness but is subject to eternal condemnation”-because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.” The context is critical. The religious leaders were attributing the works of the Holy Spirit (through Jesus) to Satan. Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit isn’t just a rejection of the Spirit’s conviction but a persistent and hardened stance where one knowingly attributes the work of God to the devil. It’s a deliberate, final rejection of God’s truth, not a one-time act or rejection of salvation. Yes, people can reject the gospel many times and still find forgiveness if they eventually repent. However, blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, as Jesus describes, is a settled, hardened opposition to the work of the Spirit to the point of calling the Spirit’s work demonic. This is a willful and final rejection, not something that can happen ignorantly or by accident. Hebrews 6:4-6 and Hebrews 10:26-29 echo this, describing a state where someone has fully experienced the truth but then completely and finally rejects it. The issue isn’t mere doubt or rejection; it’s the complete, unrepentant stance against the truth they know is from God. Blessings to you.

Ok, go ahead and correct me. Let's have a discussion.
We're still rolling with this "Catholics pray to Mary" BS?
Do you talk to Mary and ask for her intercession?
@@GodsUnforsaken Of course. We call it the Rosary.
Ok. And what is prayer?
@@GodsUnforsaken It's when you talk to God.
Anytime we engage in communication with the spiritual realm, it could be directed to God, but it could also be directed to Mary, angels, or even demons. The truth is, people do communicate with spirits beyond God, often unknowingly. However, for a born-again believer, all communication should be directed solely to God. We don’t need Mary to intercede for us. While she was mightily used by God, she is not the "mother of God" in the sense that some traditions claim, and she was not a perpetual virgin. Scripture shows she had other children after Jesus (Matthew 13:55-56). Jesus Christ is our one and only mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). We pray to the Father in the name of the Son (John 14:13-14), and all prayer should be directed to God alone. Philippians 4:6 (NKJV): "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
The Bible represents God and Jesus whom the Devil fears. Any where their is a dictator ruling the Devil is their leading the way
Amen
Biblical idolatry is the worship of false gods. Catholic (and biblical) worship is inextricably tied to sacrifice, and Catholics do not offer sacrifice to the Blessed Mother. No official Church teaching says we “pray” to the Blessed Mother, not one. We believe in the Communion of the Saints, and ask for their intercession. Now, that you will find in official Church teaching. Nor do Catholics believe in “works” salvation. You’ll never find that in any official Church teaching either. You will, however, find in official Church teaching that we are saved by Grace alone. BTW, do you accept that the Blessed Mother is the Mother of God?
Idolatry, by biblical definition, is giving worship or reverence to anyone or anything other than the one true God. In the New Testament, Jesus makes it clear that worship belongs to God alone (Matthew 4:10). To worship means to hold something as the highest authority or to place it above God in our hearts and practices. The practice of asking for intercession from Mary or saints, though not intended as worship, can easily cross into veneration that resembles worship when they are treated as mediators between God and man. However, Scripture clearly states in 1 Timothy 2:5, "For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus." This means our prayers and worship are directed solely to God through Jesus Christ, not through any human mediator. And regarding Mary, she is blessed as the earthly mother of Jesus (Luke 1:42), but she herself acknowledged God as her Savior (Luke 1:47), understanding her role as a servant of the Lord. While she was highly favored, she is not to be elevated to a position of authority or divinity. Jesus Himself pointed out that those who hear the Word of God and keep it are blessed (Luke 11:28), placing focus on obedience and faith in God, not on lineage or status. Lastly, salvation by grace through faith alone is indeed the biblical teaching (Ephesians 2:8-9). Adding any human works or intermediaries to that equation undermines the sufficiency of Christ’s sacrifice. I believe it is crucial that we remain faithful to the simplicity of the gospel, which centers solely on Christ.
@ Giving reverence is emphatically not idolatry (Ex 20:12, Lev 19:32, 1 Kings 2:19). Interestingly, 1 Tim 2 begins with St. Paul asking that intercession be made for all people. Of course the Blessed Mother does intercede just as you intercede for me to God if I request that of you. Jesus is the sole Mediator of a New Covenant (Heb 9:15). In this, as the Catechism teaches, He is indeed our One and only Mediator. The Blessed Mother or the Saints cannot “meditate” the New Covenant. So, a Catholic would never ask the Blessed Mother to forgive their sins, as only Christ can do that. You seemed to bypass my question: is the Blessed Mother the Mother of God? Again, the Catholic Church does not teach “works” salvation. My advice is to try and better understand what the Church means when She declares Her teachings. What does the Church actually teach about merit, grace, works, etc. You might be surprised to learn it’s not what you seem to think. Let me know if I can help, friend. Ave Maria!
1. The Catholic View of Justification: Catholic Teaching: Catholic doctrine teaches that justification is a process that begins at baptism and continues through the sacraments, good works, and obedience to the Church. This is why practices like penance, confession, and participation in the Eucharist are seen as necessary for maintaining a state of grace. Biblical View: The Bible teaches that justification is a one-time act of God, where He declares a sinner righteous based on faith in Jesus Christ alone (Romans 5:1). Ephesians 2:8-9 says, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” This verse clearly indicates that salvation is a free gift and not dependent on human effort. 2. The Role of Sacraments: Catholic Teaching: The Catholic Church teaches that the sacraments (baptism, the Eucharist, penance, etc.) are necessary for salvation and serve as a means of receiving grace. For instance, the Catechism of the Catholic Church states that baptism is required for salvation and that it “washes away original sin.” Biblical View: The Bible emphasizes faith in Christ as the sole requirement for salvation. Romans 10:9 says, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” Adding sacraments as necessary steps introduces human works into the process of receiving grace, which contradicts the biblical teaching of salvation by grace through faith alone. 3. Penance and Indulgences: Catholic Teaching: Catholics believe in penance (confession of sins and acts of reparation) as part of maintaining salvation. Indulgences, which involve performing specific prayers or actions, are said to reduce time in purgatory. Biblical View: Scripture teaches that Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross was once and for all (Hebrews 10:10). No further penance or human effort can add to what Christ has already accomplished. Colossians 2:13-14 says, “He has made you alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us.” 4. Faith Plus Works: Catholic Teaching: The Council of Trent, which remains authoritative in Catholic doctrine, explicitly condemns the idea of salvation by faith alone. Catholic teaching maintains that faith must be accompanied by good works and adherence to the Church’s sacramental system. Biblical View: The Bible contrasts faith and works in the context of salvation. Romans 4:5 says, “But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.” This shows that justification is based on faith apart from works. While true faith will produce good works (James 2:26), these works are evidence of salvation, not a means to obtain it. 5. The Mediators Between God and Man: Catholic Teaching: Catholicism often emphasizes the role of Mary and the saints as intercessors, suggesting that prayers to them can help obtain grace or favor from God. Biblical View: The Bible teaches that there is only one mediator between God and man: Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). Relying on other mediators diminishes the sufficiency of Christ’s intercession. Catholicism’s emphasis on sacraments, penance, indulgences, and intercessory prayers adds layers of human works to the process of salvation. In contrast, the Bible teaches that salvation is a free gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, without any need for additional works or mediators (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 11:6). Therefore, many Protestant Christians view Catholicism as a form of "works salvation" because it does not rest solely on faith in Christ for salvation.
@@GodsUnforsaken I won’t go through all your points as that would take more time than I have. So, I’ll highlight a couple and if you have further questions, I’m happy to address those. 1. The Council of Trent’s Decree Concerning Justification does not condemn the formula “faith alone.” What it condemns is a particular understanding of that formula. A Catholic is perfectly orthodox to use the formula faith alone, as it has been used by Doctors of the Church such as Chrysostom and Aquinas. And has recently been affirmed by Pope Benedict XVI. 2. Baptism is necessary for salvation because Christ says it is (Jn 3:5, Mark 16:16). But where you again misunderstand the Catholic teaching is in ascribing the “work” of baptism to man. The Church is emphatic that baptism is the work of Christ alone, the free gift wherein the merits of Christ are applied to us, by faith. And I’ll note that when you speak of the “Biblical view” this really only amounts to your particular view, correct? Again, is the Blessed Mother the Mother of God?
On the Formula “Faith Alone” The Council of Trent did indeed condemn the Protestant understanding of "faith alone." While some Church Fathers, like Chrysostom and Aquinas, may speak of the importance of faith, they do not affirm "sola fide" as taught by the Reformers. According to Scripture, salvation is by grace through faith, not of works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Romans 3:28 (NKJV) is clear: "Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law." The issue is not merely a misunderstanding of terminology but a fundamental difference in the doctrine of justification. On Baptism and Salvation Your interpretation of John 3:5 and Mark 16:16 misses the biblical context. In John 3:5, when Jesus says, "born of water and the Spirit," He clarifies this in the next verse (John 3:6), contrasting physical birth ("born of the flesh") with spiritual birth ("born of the Spirit"). Thus, "born of water" refers to natural birth, not baptism. Mark 16:16 speaks of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, not water baptism. The Greek word for baptism means "to immerse," and it is a spiritual immersion into Christ, not merely a physical act. By attaching a sacramental doctrine to the word "baptism," you risk overshadowing its true spiritual significance. Salvation is by faith alone, and while water baptism is an act of obedience, it is not a requirement for salvation (1 Corinthians 1:17). On the “Biblical View” When I refer to the “Biblical view,” it is not a matter of personal interpretation but a commitment to Scripture's clear teachings. The Bible alone is our final authority (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Bereans were commended for testing everything against Scripture (Acts 17:11), and that is the approach I follow. This is not about differing traditions but whether our beliefs are consistent with what the Bible teaches. Is Mary the Mother of God? Mary was the earthly mother of Jesus, who is God incarnate. However, she is not the "Mother of God" in the sense of being the origin of the Godhead. Jesus pre-existed His incarnation (John 1:1-3, Colossians 1:16-17), so calling Mary the "Mother of God" implies a level of divinity or authority that Scripture does not attribute to her. Mary was a faithful servant of God, but she is not divine, she is not a perpetual virgin (Matthew 13:55-56 mentions Jesus' siblings), and she should not receive prayers. The Bible is clear that we have one mediator: Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). All prayer is to be directed to God, in the name of Jesus, not to saints or Mary (Philippians 4:6).
JESUS( Saint Iza)IS LORD and SAVIOR!
Amen!
Sad!!!!
It is sad, but fortionately there are many missionaries who risk their lives help others in the these countries.
Amen
Lock Me up I Believe Jesus is Lord.
Amen!
If the bible is the word of God, free of error and the sole authority... >Who can interpret it without error? Can you? > Does the bible authenticate itself and that all its contents (books) to be inspired? >The only scripture that our LORD JESUS himself quoted was the Old Testament. Why do you belive the NEW TESTAMENT even though JESUS never taught HIS disciples to write anything or compile anything and declare it as the word of God?
Do you not know the New Testament reveals what was prophecied and foreshadowed in the old? The New Testament is validated by the old through the fulfillment of prophecy and the testimony of those witnessed these things. There is not a single doctrine that is new or different when comparing old testament and new.
Let's make it all of them
May God lead you into the fullness of truth.
That is my prayer every day. 🙏
In China, if someone is found to be a Christian - You DO NOT face arrest or anything at all.
Says someone who has never lived in China. You might want to do a little more research. The CCP kills any person that goes against their authority. There is an entire underground church with missionaries that have to smuggle Bibles into to the country.
@GodsUnforsaken No, I do not live in China. I have been there several times, and it was very obvious that Christians of many denominations are not persecuted. Yes, some Protestant churches and Falung Jon are CIA fronts and were shut down.
It's a way to control the masses.
What? The Bible? I think you are a little backward. Evil men want to control you, the Bible makes people free and changes hearts. It is a totalitarians worst nightmare.
THE END TIMES PROPHECIES OF THAT BOOK ARE COMING TRUE NO LIE RESEARCH IT
@soon2bsaint680 Amen, yes they are.
Amen 🙏👏👏

Good bless
I have my papas bible and my uncles white bible who was basically my dad because he raised me and they are my most cherished possessions and I’m trying to learn how to interpret the word the right way and not the wrong way because it has been in history so when I share it with others I’m not leading astray from gods word because of a misunderstanding of what it means
Praise the Lord, that is a very good mindset. That is precisely why I started this ministry, not to tell people what to think, but to show people how to study on their own. I will be coming out with live Bible studies where you can learn how to study on your own and not have to take anyones word for what it says. I have an article on my website you might be interested in: unforsaken.org/bible-answers/how-to-study-the-bible-a-comprehensive-guide/ God Bless!
There are contradictions but they are the result of poor or inconsistent translations.
In the original text, there are no contradictions. There are also issues with certain modern manuscripts that cause confusion. After years of studying manuscript lines and each translation. I personally recommend the NKJV for accuracy.
It's also the most sold book in history. If it's God's word, shouldn't it be free?
It is free online and many churches and organizations, like the Gideons make the free and available. Personally, I always cary some giveaway Bibles available for anyone that wants one. Love your heart.
Dear brother in Christ, the Bible that you read was made by the Catholics, Saint Damasus , Pope of Rome compile the Bible in the year 382, with the help of Saint Jerome and Saint Atanacio, and where in the Bible said you have to believe what is only in the Bible? I invite you to study our church fathers.
I appreciate your invitation. However, it’s important to note that the Bible wasn’t “created” by the Catholic Church. The Scriptures were divinely inspired and recognized as such by the early church. The councils merely affirmed the existing canon, not created it. As for relying only on Scripture, 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God… that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” This shows the sufficiency of Scripture for teaching and guidance. Regarding church fathers, while their writings might be valuable, they must align with the authority of God’s Word. Jesus Himself used Scripture as the final authority in His teachings (Matthew 4:4,7,10), and the Bereans were praised for testing teachings against Scripture (Acts 17:11). I’m happy to discuss this further if you’d like. Let’s continue to seek truth in love and humility.
@ I never said that the scriptures weren’t inspire by God… I said Pope Damasus the first collect all the letters and documents and create a small library ( The Bible) even google know that. Is history. The Catholic Church had been present since the year 33 … no other Christian religion exist since then.
1Tim2:15 "Women will be saved through childbearing" Is not childbearing a good work? James2:14-26 says "Faith without works is dead, being along. By works a man is justified, not by faith alone." Revelation12 shows Mary as the woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, with a crown of 12 stars.
1 Timothy 2:15 doesn’t refer to childbearing as a work that saves, but as a role uniquely given to women, emphasizing godly living through faith, love, and holiness. It’s about continuing in faithfulness, not earning salvation by works. James 2:14-26 teaches that true faith produces works. Works are the evidence of genuine faith, not the means of salvation. Ephesians 2:8-9 clarifies we are saved by grace through faith alone; works follow as a result of that faith. Revelation 12 is symbolic and represents Israel (the twelve stars are the twelve tribes), not Mary. This imagery aligns with Genesis 37:9-11 (Joseph’s dream), where the sun, moon, and stars represent Israel, not a specific individual.
That is absolutely incorrect on the Catholic Church my brother. Peter was given the keys to the Lord's church here on Earth Gospel of St Matthew 16:19, Jesus said himself in scripture what you bind on Earth will be bound in heaven what you loose on Earth will be loosed in heaven. Giving authority to the apostles, that was later handed down by them to the next generation of ordained leadership. What we see in the Protestant church is a little outlandish being that any person with a Bible and a skill in conveying a message can open a church of their own at any given time without anybody there to check and see if their traditions and doctrines are in line with the early church. The Catholic Church, the Orthodox church, and the Ethiopian church, are continuations of the original Church found it by the apostles. Do some research and you might find yourself very surprised at what has been lost through protestantism my brother. ❣️🙏🏼💯 I'm saying this with a pure heart through the love of Christ not meaning to pass any judgment on your video.
I appreciate your kind approach. Let’s look at Matthew 16:19 in context. Jesus gave the keys of the kingdom to Peter, symbolizing the authority to preach the Gospel and declare what is bound or loosed based on God’s Word. However, this authority was not exclusive to Peter. In Matthew 18:18, Jesus extends this to all the apostles, and it is rooted in proclaiming the truth of the Gospel, not in establishing a hierarchical structure. Regarding the continuity of the early church, the New Testament shows the early believers adhering to Scripture as the final authority (Acts 17:11). Traditions, while valuable, are only valid if they align with Scripture (Colossians 2:8). Apostolic succession is not found in Scripture; rather, leadership was based on biblical qualifications (see 1 Timothy 3:1-7). Lastly, while I respect your love for the historical church, true unity comes from shared faith in Christ and obedience to His Word, not from any particular denomination. Let us focus on the Gospel, where salvation is by grace through faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9).
I would recommend reading James chapter 2. no denomination is perfect. I think you are correct when you say "true" Christianity follows the bible. which requires you know the bible well. so study it well. Don't rely on men. "The heart of men is full of deceit"
The point is that Catholocism isn't a denomination of Christianity. It is a pagan cult that uses icons from Christianity.
1. The Pope, bishops, priests, etc act "in persona Christi", i.e. in the person of Christ, the same way St Paul did in 2 Cor 2:10, "Now to whomever you forgive anything, I also do; and indeed to whom I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, it is in the person of Christ for your sake." Christ alone remains the mediator of our salvation from and to the Father. 2. We dont believe our works "save us". Partaking of the Sacraments is partaking of God Himself. God alone saves us. The question becomes what happens when we sin again, after we have been saved and called to righteousness. Sin ruptures relationship with God, and also warrants just punishment. 3. Prayer ≠ worship. Our Lady is alive and well in heaven, before the very presence of God by the Altar, and is aware of all of us as she beholds the Word (for we are the Body of the Word).
1. In Persona Christi: The concept of priests acting "in the person of Christ" isn’t Scriptural. Paul’s statement in 2 Corinthians 2:10 reflects his apostolic authority, but nowhere does Scripture teach that men mediate forgiveness on Christ’s behalf. 1 Timothy 2:5 states there is one Mediator between God and man-Jesus Christ alone. 2. Works and Sacraments: While you say works don’t save, the necessity of sacraments for maintaining salvation implies they do. Ephesians 2:8-9 clearly states that we are saved by grace through faith, not of works. Once we are in Christ, His sacrifice has paid the full penalty for sin (Romans 8:1) 3. Prayer vs. Worship: Any form of prayer directed to Mary or the saints mirrors intercession reserved for God alone (Matthew 6:9). The Bible never teaches us to pray to those in heaven; instead, we are to approach the Father directly in Jesus' name (John 14:13-14).
the word prayer translates to ask so when we pray to Mary and other saints we are asking them something saints in heaven are not to be prayed to they are to be asked for them to pray for us intercession if we ask for people to pray for us on earth we should be allowed to ask those in heaven to pray for us revelations 8:3-4 clearly states “with the prayers of the saints upon the golden altar” I am not catholic I am orthodox however so I do not believe in the authority of the pope but the Virgin Mary is not worshiped but held in high reverence as she bore Jesus Christ in her womb ☦️
@@GodsUnforsaken have you ever rebutted Catholic apologists? Trent Horn and Scott Hanh have a lot of videos you could respond to and make your case.
Sure. Matthew 19:26 Judges 1:19 There are many contradictions in the bible. To say otherwise is untruthful.
There’s no contradiction here. Matthew 9:26 shows Christ’s divine authority and power being recognized by all. Judges 1:19 highlights Israel’s failure, not God’s. The Lord was with Judah, but they faltered in faith, fearing the iron chariots rather than trusting God's promise. It’s about human weakness, not a limitation of God’s power. Wanna take another swing there, slugger? You do know that you must read passages in context, right?
Yeaahhh 0 contradictions, as long as you are a gold medal mental gymnast
Well, if you know of one, you are going to be VERY RICH. Being that you are the first person in history to find one. 😅🤣😂
