Sounds like you might have gotten your pricing in the summer or close to summer (Grayhawk from Jan - Mar is $300+ for instance and is usually more expensive than Kierland). Decent list but I would also add Quintero (out in the direction of Wickenburg), The Boulders, and for a budget pick - Lookout Mountain. Most of the golfers I talk to and play with all have the same opinion that TPC Scottsdale is overpriced for the course but of course does have the "tournament is played here" thing going for it.
