Fix and solved this problem the first step replace head memory , replace ffc head , replace slider PCB , replace ffc long flex , and replace mainboard PCB 😁🙏
Issue is FCC cables. Replace with brand new ones. Failing that. The head memory board.

Hello, I have a Mimaki JV33-160 (2008) and I the same problem! (error 200 head memory) The Mimaki serviceman replaced the followings: - head memory panel (about 5 pieces) - head memory calbe (3 pieces) - slider board (3 pieces) - printhead (4 pieces) - printhead data cable (2 pieces) - mainboard (2 piece) - power supply (2 piece) - hdc fpc (cables) (2 pieces x4) - pram panel (2 pieces) - integrity panel (2 pieces) And the machine shows always: error 200 head memory WTF?!?!?!?! i also have this problem...but now its ok...goto function and adjust and find the change the defualt as running parameter..then restart the machine...if ok...then try to use the custume default...it depends what the default parameter..then restart...
