Yes. Some people aren't even aware that they're taking their pain out on someone else. And there's still hope for them to realize what they're doing and then hopefully work on their issues to break the cycle. Of course like you say you got some who are just crazy. They love hurting people and being toxic. And then you have those with diagnosable mental illnesses who may struggle more to identify their problem and heal. Therapy and psychiatry exist to help with these issues as well as choosing to read self help material and choosing to socialize with healthier/more positive people. So we can be influenced to be kind and make better decisions. Some people choose to be around violent, ignorant individuals who influence to do bad things instead of accept, forgive, heal, unlearn bad behavior and then learn good behavior.

A lot of Kick streamers openly admit to being attracted to underage girls, and no one bats an eye. Kick streamer Riotlol is the perfect example. For several months, he would sit on a live stream and ask underage girls if he could see their tits. It's also fucked up how average or conventionally unattractive people are treated on social media. They get harrassed daily for just existing. They can be unproblematic asf, and they won't receive support because they aren't aesthetically pleasing.
