In AllTheMods9, the item to spawn the Crystalline Bee was changed to Nether Quartz. There is no documentation anywhere about the change, and especially not in JEI, either.

It's a good farm, but what I use is put a upgrade simulator in the beehives and use a feeding slab which save a lot of space and can have a lot more bee hives which probably also saves on the lag with less entities out. I also use ender chest you can code to transport my things around. I'm playing All The mods 9 so maybe the stuff I'm talking about were introduced at a later time from this video. I wrote it to share my knowledge and it wasn't to look down on anyone, I wrote the last part in case someone takes offense to my comment. Have a good one.
