I would of loved to hear this, he sang grow as we go in Nashville when I saw him. It was my first concert and I drove 8 hours to see him. I loved it so much!

I saw Judy Garland play the Palace in 1951. I remember it very well. Over the Rainbow was the last song she sang and she sat down on the edge of the runway protruding from the front of the stage and sang. By the end of the song she was crying, it was obvious, and the entire audience was crying with her. I was 9 years old. I will never forget her performance. Her version was very straightforward without the extra frills Ben adds. She didn’t need any. 😢
